Top cities for cat sitting in United Kingdom

Many cat owners will understand that cats can be fussy and prefer their own home environment rather than an unfamiliar place like a cattery or cat hotel. Although some cats can adapt to cat boarding if they have to, most cats become stressed when transported somewhere new.

This is where a friendly Epsom Pawshake cat feeder or carer can help. Our Epsom cat sitting expert can come and visit your cat while you are away on holiday or at work. A cat sitter can even stay overnight if required, which is far less stressful than sending your feline friend to a cattery for cat boarding. Whether you just need a sitter for a couple of hours or someone to visit each day for a week, our Epsom cat sitters can tailor their service to suit you and please even the fussiest kitty.

Although most cats are independent, having a cat carer visit has a lot of benefits. Your chosen Pawshake cat sitter can feed, freshen up the water bowl, tidy the litter tray, and spend quality time with your cat. And unlike a cattery or cat hotel, your cat can chill out in their own familiar space.

Finally, every booking with Pawshake is with a verified carer and includes the Pawshake Guarantee and veterinary coverage, so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your feline companion!

Hi,
I am Raki and I've been a pet sitter with Pawshake for over two years. Unfortunately, Pawshake does not allow one to transfer an account from one country to another so this is my new account.

I started boarding and walking dogs (sometimes cats) as a hobby while living in Finland. I welcomed more than 30 dogs during this time (see gallery). This taught me the subtle differences between different breeds and gave me confidence in handling dogs with various temperaments.

While it started out as a hobby, I really enjoyed spending time with dogs and eventually began spending more time with them. Presently, I am pursuing a course in dog training to become a professional dog trainer.

I have had both had dogs (and cats) since our childhood. While I am unable to host dogs at the moment like before I love to get to know the dogs and dog owners in the neighborhood and take them on walks

I believe that every person must know the joy and love animals bring to our lives and therefore love helping others to take care of their loved ones when for some reason they cannot.
I am also a bit of a photographer, and love taking pictures of dogs. You will see some of these in the gallery.
About Services
Presently, the services I offer include dog walking and day time home visits for dog care. Each dog walk is about 30-45 minutes depending on the dog's requirements. I am able to walk multiple dogs (up to 4 dogs ) at the same time. Dog walks can be arranged in the morning, afternoon and in the evening for a maximum of two times a day.
I also offer home visits where I can visit your home in South London, take them on a walk, provide meals and administer any oral medication. The maximum time for a home visit is one hour.
If you're looking for a reliable, experienced and regular dog walker in London area, feel free to message me :)

Hi! My name is Luke, and I’m a dependable and compassionate pet sitter with a special fondness for cats. I’ve had experience in caring for my friends’ cats, and it’s always been a joy to provide them with the attention and care they need. From feeding and playing to ensuring they feel comfortable and safe, I understand the unique personalities and quirks that make each cat special. While I’m still growing my pet-sitting experience, I’m committed to providing the best care possible. I’m attentive to details and will follow your instructions closely to ensure your cat’s routine is maintained. Whether your feline friend needs playtime, cuddles, or some quiet companionship, I’m here to cater to their needs.I will usually be available in the weekends all days. I will stay in the owner's home or walking the dog for at least 30 mins. During home sitting for the cats, I will feed pets as instructed and scoop the litter box and play with them. I will bring the dog to the community parks, the riverside, or any place the owner prefers. You can count on me to keep you updated with photos and messages, so you have peace of mind while you’re away. Of course, there's no problem helping pet owners to water the plants or bringing in mails. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry companion!

I have recently moved back to the UK from New Zealand, where I was a dance movement therapist specialising in P.T.S.D. and trauma related challenges for women and children both clinically and in the education system.
In between sessions I would dog walk for friends and friends of friends as well as cat sit. The attunement and care is not too disimilar for both animals and humans!
Empathy, kindness and reading the needs of your pet is such a beautiful part of the developing relationship.
On first meeting, my gentle, slow approach helps to regulate the nervous system of the each pet whilst maintaining a confident, boundaried demeanour when out walking helps them to feel assured and happy.
I love all animals and this gives me the opportunity to support people with a safe pair of hands whilst you are away. Knowing that your furry family member will be cared for and adapted to whilst following the your wishes is all part of the service.
Happy to adminster medication and offer photo/video updates daily for your peace of mind.
Open to phone calls to see if we are a good match!

Our furry friends are a hugely important part of our family and like us humans, exercise and socialising is integral to their happiness and health.
My Mission is to support dog families with an extra pair of hands (and feet), be it as a regular walking service, or ad hoc when the daily dog walk is difficult.
I am dedicated to ensuring the well-being and happiness of your furry friends. I offer professional and reliable dog walking services, tailoring each walk to your pet's unique needs.
In addition I offer home visits for those times you can't be home for toilet breaks, topping up water, feeding etc.
For peace of mind, I am DBS checked and fully insured. I also have certificates in canine first aid and general dog walking. I own 2 dogs myself so I fully understand how important your furry family members are. I am the only person delivering my services and so you know who will be with your tresured pet every time.
I offer both pack walks (up to 4 dogs) for the socialte, and solo walks for those who prefer or need to walk on their own. Walks are typically 1-hour but I also offer 30 minute walks for young puppies or senior dogs.
I tailor the walking activities to your dog's personality and physical capabilities. The key is to make the walk an enjoyable and enriching experience for your furry friend.
Where practical, I try to explore different routes to keep things interesting. Dogs love to discover new scents and sights. I encourage lots of "sniffing time" during the walk. Dogs rely heavily on their sense of smell, and allowing them to explore scents can be mentally stimulating.
As part of the walk, I like to bring along toys like a frisbee or a ball and stop at an open area, and engage in some interactive play.
After each walk, I give the dogs a towel down to remove excess muck and water.

Hello! I'm Jasmine. I've always been around animals: two dogs (schnauzer and poodle), cats, hamsters, goldfish, jellyfish, totoro, rabbits and tortoises. I love spending time with animals and remembering each of their habits. I am good with anxious and shy pets as I understand that they may need some time to become familiar and get comfortable with people.
I now live in Surbiton with my boyfriend, Eric. We don't have any pets yet, but we are planning to adopt a cat soon.
I'm happy to visit your little 1–2 times a day, feed them, clean/change litter trays and have a general play and cuddle with them. I will also keep you updated with regular photos and videos, as I know it's easy to miss your fur babies and every moment is important! I can also water any plants if needed. If you need me to come more often, or stay longer, this should be discussed separately.
I'm available in the afternoons and evenings throughout the week, as well as at the weekends.
