Top cities for cat sitting in United Kingdom

Many cat owners will understand that cats can be fussy and prefer their own home environment rather than an unfamiliar place like a cattery or cat hotel. Although some cats can adapt to cat boarding if they have to, most cats become stressed when transported somewhere new.

This is where a friendly Marple Pawshake cat feeder or carer can help. Our Marple cat sitting expert can come and visit your cat while you are away on holiday or at work. A cat sitter can even stay overnight if required, which is far less stressful than sending your feline friend to a cattery for cat boarding. Whether you just need a sitter for a couple of hours or someone to visit each day for a week, our Marple cat sitters can tailor their service to suit you and please even the fussiest kitty.

Although most cats are independent, having a cat carer visit has a lot of benefits. Your chosen Pawshake cat sitter can feed, freshen up the water bowl, tidy the litter tray, and spend quality time with your cat. And unlike a cattery or cat hotel, your cat can chill out in their own familiar space.

Finally, every booking with Pawshake is with a verified carer and includes the Pawshake Guarantee and veterinary coverage, so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your feline companion!

I am an animal lover and passionate about creating a safe space for pets and furry friends of all kinds!!
I have years of experience pet sitting for family and friends, as well as looking after my family dog Pudding, a hyper-active Jack Russell for the last 14 years! I am available for daily dog walks, pet sitting, overnight stays and check ins across Stockport and Manchester!
I am currently between full-time roles, so am available to take care of any of your wonderful pets over the spring and summer, which is the perfect time for dog walking weather! I am based in Davenport, Stockport with my partner and can travel across Greater Manchester when needed.
I am passionate about providing a safe space for all pets during my visits and walks! I also try and make the time as enjoyable as possible as well, especially for the more nervous or first-time away from family pets!
I have experience with loads of different dog breeds, from Jack Russells, Labradors, Cocker Spaniels, Lurchers to Pugs. As well as experience with different cat breeds and even the odd lizard, hamster or guinea pig too!
