Top cities for cat sitting in United Kingdom

Many cat owners will understand that cats can be fussy and prefer their own home environment rather than an unfamiliar place like a cattery or cat hotel. Although some cats can adapt to cat boarding if they have to, most cats become stressed when transported somewhere new.

This is where a friendly Midanbury Pawshake cat feeder or carer can help. Our Midanbury cat sitting expert can come and visit your cat while you are away on holiday or at work. A cat sitter can even stay overnight if required, which is far less stressful than sending your feline friend to a cattery for cat boarding. Whether you just need a sitter for a couple of hours or someone to visit each day for a week, our Midanbury cat sitters can tailor their service to suit you and please even the fussiest kitty.

Although most cats are independent, having a cat carer visit has a lot of benefits. Your chosen Pawshake cat sitter can feed, freshen up the water bowl, tidy the litter tray, and spend quality time with your cat. And unlike a cattery or cat hotel, your cat can chill out in their own familiar space.

Finally, every booking with Pawshake is with a verified carer and includes the Pawshake Guarantee and veterinary coverage, so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your feline companion!

Hello! I’m Suki.
I’m 53 years old and currently working as a Domestic Cleaner at Southampton General Hospital, where I follow strict hygiene standards every day. Alongside this, I’m a caring and reliable pet sitter with many years of cat care experience.

I raised Gigi, a British Shorthair, from age 2 until she passed peacefully at 16, and now care for Ngau Ngau, my 13-year-old rescue cat. I’ve also helped look after my sister’s four cats while she was away on business, so I’m confident with cats of different ages and personalities.

For peace of mind, I hold a Standard DBS Check and I’m certified in Pet First Aid and Emergency Care. I’m also happy to water plants and keep your home tidy while you’re away.

If you’re looking for someone caring, trustworthy, and experienced, I’d love to meet you and your pet.
 What I offer:
• Daily home visits (including longer stays over 1 hour)
• Feeding, fresh water, and cleaning litter trays
• Playtime, cuddles, and companionship
• Plant watering and bringing in mail (I enjoy gardening!)
• Regular updates and photos so you feel reassured
• Flexible schedule to fit your needs
• Loving, respectful, and attentive care for your cats
