Hi, I’m Ed. I’ve had dogs all my life and have always been passionate about animals and their care. I currently own a friendly 5-year-old Jackapoo called Lily and a 12-year-old cat called Coco, so I understand the importance of making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away.

Over the years I’ve cared for different breeds including Labradors and Jack Russells, giving me experience with dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I’m active and enjoy long walks, playtime, and making sure pets get the attention, exercise, and companionship they need.

I’m reliable, patient, and understand how important trust is when leaving your pet with someone else. I’ll always care for your pets as if they were my own and keep to their normal routines as much as possible. I’m happy to adapt to different feeding routines, exercise needs, and personalities, whether your pet is energetic, nervous, older, or simply enjoys lots of company and affection.

During visits I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, playtime, toilet breaks, fresh water, and exercise where needed. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so owners feel reassured while away from home.

My motivation for becoming a pet sitter comes from genuinely enjoying being around animals and wanting to provide owners with peace of mind while they’re away. I take pet safety seriously, stay calm in unexpected situations, and would always contact owners immediately if I had any concerns.

For the safety and wellbeing of all pets in my home, I would only accept vaccinated pets.

Hi – I’m a lawyer living in Southampton, originally from East Sussex, and a genuine animal lover with around 5-10 years’ experience pet sitting for friends, family and colleagues.
I grew up with both cats and dogs, so I’m very comfortable with their different personalities. These days I mainly offer cat sitting, and over the years I’ve looked after a range of cats – from affectionate lap cats to the more independent types who prefer company on their own terms. I really enjoy getting to know each cat’s routine and character.
I don’t have a pet at the moment as I’m in a house share and work can be busy, so cat sitting is a lovely way for me to spend time with animals while giving owners peace of mind when they’re away. Cats tend to do best in their own environment, and I enjoy providing calm, attentive in-home care so they can keep their usual routine and feel settled.

I have had dogs all my life, and I had a family cat from November to when I moved out in April! I have had three large/giant breed dogs and I had a 3 legged rabbit for 8 years who is greatly missed! I bathed my dogs many times and towards the end of their lives had to think of new ways to try and give them medications. My old dog was a nervous and reactive dog, so I always took great care when she was out walking in the neighbourhood, and I was always careful with my friendly dog due to other dogs' reactivity on walks.
I live with my partner and have no pets in our home permanently, as it is a bit small for an animal full-time! I am available for dog walking and pet sitting in client homes. I also work with children and young people, so I have an up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate! I have a Level 3 Animal Care and Management BTEC, and originally wanted to be a veterinary nurse, but decided it was not for me. If needed, I can bathe and give animals a brush, provided this is recommended for them and the products are provided, e.g. no bathing rabbits or cats. I do also have a car with a dog cover so if longer walks are needed then please request these!
I love animals and have done since I was young. There have been a variety of animals in my home, like hamsters, ferrets, rats, rabbits and I have grown up with smaller dogs also! I would like to be a sitter at the moment on the weekends to earn a little bit of money, what better way to spend the day than with animals!
