Many cat owners will understand that cats can be fussy and prefer their own home environment rather than an unfamiliar place like a cattery or cat hotel. Although some cats can adapt to cat boarding if they have to, most cats become stressed when transported somewhere new.

This is where a friendly Norwich Pawshake cat feeder or carer can help. Our Norwich cat sitting expert can come and visit your cat while you are away on holiday or at work. A cat sitter can even stay overnight if required, which is far less stressful than sending your feline friend to a cattery for cat boarding. Whether you just need a sitter for a couple of hours or someone to visit each day for a week, our Norwich cat sitters can tailor their service to suit you and please even the fussiest kitty.

Although most cats are independent, having a cat carer visit has a lot of benefits. Your chosen Pawshake cat sitter can feed, freshen up the water bowl, tidy the litter tray, and spend quality time with your cat. And unlike a cattery or cat hotel, your cat can chill out in their own familiar space.

Finally, every booking with Pawshake is with a verified carer and includes the Pawshake Guarantee and veterinary coverage, so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your feline companion!

Im a marketing professional working flexible hours. I've had cats and dogs most of my life but I can't have any pets at the moment so I would love to look after yours! I'm someone who really understands that our pets are like family and they deserve the best care and attention we can offer them. I can be very flexible as long as this is for the best interest of your pet!

Over the last 10 years I often looked after cats and dogs in London and I find it easy to get along with them. I love taking dogs for a walk, looking after pets for extended periods of time either house sitting or regular visits for cats. One of my cats was diabetic so I also have experience with insulin care for cats.

I offer dog walks around Norwich, visits and house sitting for cats and dogs. Let me know how I can best help your pets needs!

Unfortunately I'm currently unable to onboard pets at my place.

Hi there!

I'm Marcia, and I currently have one little fur ball - a tabby cat called Beanie (male). I recently lost my wonderful female yorkie called Tootsie.
With the heart ache, comes plenty of free time which I love to fill by spending time with your pets - so yes there is something in this for me too!
I am flexible, and I carry out home visits and walks at any time (subject to availability) throughout the day.
I have grown up with cats and dogs, so I'm confident and well informed about individual pets needs - no two cats or dogs are the same, and this is what I enjoy most! While I'm visiting your pet, I will take time to get to know them. I am very patient, and I let pets come to me if/when they are ready (with a little encouragement and baby talk!)
I love to walk and get out in nature, come rain or shine! I'm very vigilant and I ensure that your dog is kept on its lead at all times, so rest assured your dog will be safe with me while we are off adventuring.
I'm a reliable and caring pet lover who treats every animal like my own. I have experience with pets of all personalities, and I make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away - here to step in when you need to step out.

Hi! I’m an 19 year old university student trying to make some extra money to help with bills. I’ve grown up having cats and they are absolutely one of my favourite animals! I would love the chance to look after all of the cats in the world if I could!

I love cuddling with cats and giving them all the attention they want! I would be happy to feed, play and give treats to the cats. I would also be happy to brush the cats if they would enjoy it! I am happy to do any other services, for the cats, that are within my ability! I will send update photos of your furbaby throughout my visits, making sure to give you that piece of mind while you are away :)

I would also be happy to water any plants or feed any fish you have if needed!

As I live in student accommodation, I will not be able to provide a daycare service in my own home. I will also not dogsit as I am not experienced in looking after dogs and I wouldn't want to give them insufficient care.

Hello! My name is Gladys, and I’m a passionate animal lover with a special soft spot for cats. I grew up surrounded by pets, and for as long as I can remember, caring for animals has been a natural part of my life.
Over the years, I’ve owned and cared for cats and dogs, which has taught me not only the joy they bring but also the importance of patience, kindness, and attentive care.
Being around animals truly makes me happy, and I take pride in creating a safe, loving, and comfortable environment for them while their owners are away. I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I always make sure to give them the individual attention, affection, and care they deserve.
Whether it’s feeding, playtime, cuddles, or simply keeping them company, I’m committed to treating your pets as if they were my own. You can trust that they’ll be well looked after and loved.
