I'm a mature PhD student living in North Oxford. I've had dogs in my life for the past 14 years (Jack Russel, Poodle, Labrador) and I love meeting and looking after dogs. I have experience with anxious and reactive dogs and can read dog body language well and cope with reactivity on a walk. I have accompanied my dog walking friend on 6 dog walks, met lots of different breeds and understand a lot about dog behaviour.  I have experience with both small and large breed dogs.

Hi! I’m Lilith, a student at the University of Oxford studying Experimental Psychology.
I grew up with two dogs who have been part of my family for over 10 years. About three years ago, our elder dog Harry was diagnosed with diabetes. I have been taking care of his daily special diet management, blood sugar monitoring, and insulin injections ever since. This experience has given me confidence in providing both general and specialised medical care for pets of all ages.
My schedule is very flexible, and I’d love to spend time with pets while I’m away from my own dogs. I am available for dog walking and home visits. Being an outdoorsy person, I particularly enjoy taking pets to parks, but I am always careful and attentive when outside. Having lived in Beijing, where pet restrictions can be quite strict, I have developed habits of keeping pets on a leash in busy areas, being mindful around children, and ensuring I can quickly call my pets back if needed.

Firstly, I will truly love your pets as if they are my own! Loving animals really is my happy place!A breakdown of my experience below...I worked for the RSPCA, specifically with dogs and cats - focusing on making them feel loved and their general welfare during their time before being re-homed. Whilst working for the RSPCA (roughly 120 pets at a time between 4 of us each day!) I have done it all.... From training puppies, rehabilitating anxious and aggressive dogs, senior care needs or animals with illnesses who need medications. I can facilitate to any need that your beloved pet has, and work with you to ensure that they feel just as content as when you are there. I have also worked at a private kennel and cattery and head maid... This was typically caring for their general needs - feeding, playing, loving and walking the animals. They stayed for varying rates from 1 day to 3 months!
