"Georgina looked after our cats twice now for a longer period and I can only recommend her. She kept us up to date with how everything is going and sending pics which we really appreciated. Our cat was always happy when we came back and we know he was well looked after while we were away. Georgina is reliable and also responsive when there are any questions. "We couldn't have asked for a better petsitter! Lizzie was phenomenal! She looked after out three cats whilst we were away for 10 days. Lizzie is an excellent communicator and has gone above and beyond to ensure our cats were happy and content and that we were reassured. She sent us regular updates ( videos, photos and messages ) about our cats as well as our home. She was open and flexible and always willing to engage in conversation about anything we needed. What was remarkable was the level of genuineness with which Lizzie was attuned to the particularities and idiosyncrasies of our three cats. She was authentically in touch with them as individuals. On a more pragmatic note, she was also happy to administer twice daily medication, to water our plants and to change litter when needed . First class service, we would definitely book her again! "We were quite worried as our holiday was fast approaching and we still hadn’t managed to find a sitter for our two cats. However, from the moment I first contacted Andrew, those worries quickly disappeared. He truly went above and beyond to make the arrangements work around the dates we needed, despite already having a busy schedule.
His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he made sure we were able to meet before our holiday. While we were away, he kept us regularly updated with messages and photos, which gave us complete reassurance that our cats were happy, safe and well cared for.
Thanks to Andrew, we were able to enjoy our holiday with complete peace of mind. There is absolutely no question that we will be booking him well in advance for all our future trips (availability permitting!).

"Otavio was fantastic with my 4 cats. It was my first time using this app so I was quite apprehensive but he really put my mind at ease with the care given to my kitties and also the communication - I got video updates of them all. He was able to come super last minute which I greatly appreciated. He respected my house and even watered my large collection of plants.
