"Taís is a welcoming, reliable and lovely person who genuinely cares about the animals. Taís kept us updated with videos and messages throughout our trip. She Showed patience and perseverance with our shy cats and gained their trust. Both were happy and healthy and we couldn't ask for more. Would recommend. "
