Many cat owners will understand that cats can be fussy and prefer their own home environment rather than an unfamiliar place like a cattery or cat hotel. Although some cats can adapt to cat boarding if they have to, most cats become stressed when transported somewhere new.

This is where a friendly Radcliffe Pawshake cat feeder or carer can help. Our Radcliffe cat sitting expert can come and visit your cat while you are away on holiday or at work. A cat sitter can even stay overnight if required, which is far less stressful than sending your feline friend to a cattery for cat boarding. Whether you just need a sitter for a couple of hours or someone to visit each day for a week, our Radcliffe cat sitters can tailor their service to suit you and please even the fussiest kitty.

Although most cats are independent, having a cat carer visit has a lot of benefits. Your chosen Pawshake cat sitter can feed, freshen up the water bowl, tidy the litter tray, and spend quality time with your cat. And unlike a cattery or cat hotel, your cat can chill out in their own familiar space.

Finally, every booking with Pawshake is with a verified carer and includes the Pawshake Guarantee and veterinary coverage, so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your feline companion!

I have a lot of experience with animals, especially cats and dogs. Currently, I have a Bengal cat, who is very active, playful, and intelligent. He learned few commands already and we play everyday. I can't believe sometimes how fast he is and how far he can jump Even I adopted him when he was 1 year old, he's still learning a lot. Before that, I had a dog named Megi who lived for 20 years. Shes was a big part of my life and taught me a lot about responsibility and care. I missed her so much... When I was a child, I also had two cats, a rat, and some parrots, so I grew up surrounded by animals. Taking care of different pets over the years has helped me understand their needs and personalities. I enjoy spending time with them, and I always try to give them as much love and attention as possible.

I am DBS checked, fully insured and qualified in dog first aid and CPR.

All dogs booking in boarding within my home need to be up to date with fleeing and worming.
Caring for pets is an essential part of my weekly routine, and it's something I'm deeply passionate about. As a pet owner and professional, I know how important it is to keep pets happy, healthy, and engaged throughout the day. From daily dog walks to extended pet sitting sessions, my schedule revolves around making sure each pet gets the personalised attention they need.
Whether it's an early morning walk, afternoon playtime, or evening cuddles, I dedicate time every day to ensuring your pets feel cared for, just as I would with my own
When caring for pets in my home or in a pet owner's home, my top priority is making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved. In your home, I follow your pet's routine closely, ensuring they receive the same care and attention they're used to, from feeding schedules to playtime and cuddles. I treat every pet as if they were my own, offering plenty of affection and one-on-one interaction. When caring for pets in my own home, I create a calm and welcoming environment, providing ample space for them to play, relax, and feel at ease. Whether in your home or mine, I ensure pets are happy and well taken care of while you're away.

I’ve grown up with cats my whole life—and honestly, I haven’t stopped collecting them since.
I currently share my home with three boisterous Burmese cats, each with their own distinct personality, strong opinions, and very particular routines. Living with them has taught me just how different every cat can be—and how important it is to respect their individual needs.
I understand that leaving your cat can feel stressful—for both of you. My aim is to make each visit feel calm, familiar, and low-stress, so your cat can stick to their routine and feel secure in their own space.
I take a gentle, patient approach, especially with cats who are anxious, older, or need a bit more understanding. Whether that means quiet company for longer periods, careful handling, or simply giving them space, I always work at your cat’s pace.I’m confident caring for:

Kittens
Anxious or nervous cats
Senior cats
Rescue cats
Multi-cat households
Cats needing medication (oral and routine-based care)

I pay close attention to behaviour, appetite, and wellbeing, so any changes are noticed early. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind while you’re away.

I’m an Australian animal lover currently living in Manchester for the next two years. I’ve grown up surrounded by pets my entire life and have a Certificate II in Animal Studies, along with five years of experience working in a veterinary clinic as a receptionist and junior vet nurse. Animals have always been at the centre of my world.

Back home, my fur baby Poppy — a 4‑year‑old Chinese Crested cross rescue — is staying with family while I’m abroad. I miss her every day, so spending time with other people’s pets brings me a lot of joy. I’m confident caring for dogs of all sizes, from tiny toy breeds right up to Great Danes, and I’ve also looked after a wide range of animals including cats, rabbits, chickens, sheep, cows, horses, and fish. Plus, I’d love the opportunity to meet and care for animals from all around the world while I’m travelling.

Outside of animal care, I’m a very chill, low‑key person. My friends affectionately call me a “nanna” because I don’t enjoy late nights out — I’m much happier with a cosy evening in, a warm drink, and a furry companion by my side. The one exception is my love of walking, which makes dog‑friendly adventures a perfect fit for me.

Caring for animals is something I’m genuinely passionate about, and I always treat every pet with the same love, patience, and respect I give my own.

Hi I'm Janet. I'm a dog lover, dog owner, Dog Trainer & Mantrailing Instructor (group scent sport classes)
Last year I gave up my "day job" to dedicate to my newly launched business as a Dog Trainer & Mantrailing Instructor after working both full time and building the business for a year. I have time during the daytime to help more dogs by offering solo walks - ideal for nervous dogs, reactive dogs, or just for those who want their dog to have the walker's full attention. I have a lot of experience with nervous dogs, reactive dogs, dogs with special needs and puppies.
I have my own dog, and multiple dog training clients most days, so I don't offer boarding or dog sitting in my home, but I'm happy to travel to your home to drop in on your pet while you're out, or take them for a walk.
Qualified dog trainer, force free, fully insured, canine first aid.

Hi! I'm Toni, I'm 28, and like many others here I'm known for my love of animals. I have a lot of personal experience with caring for animals - we've always had animals in our household ever since I was a baby, and I'm often called upon to see to my neighbour's ever-expanding fur family when she's away. I have a ten year old Alsatian named Marshall and three adorable cats called Kevin (6), Keith (6) and Crystal (18). All my fur babies are full of life, energetic and love to keep me on my toes. Caring for them is an absolute blessing and it has encouraged me to start working towards a career in animal care.I'm a full-time support worker, but work alongside my business partner Brian, so we can be completely flexible and will accommodate yours and your pet's needs as much as possible. I'm more than happy to keep you updated and send regular pictures! I know how difficult it can be being away from them!

Now he is an active cat who loves playing, cuddling and sleeping with me everyday. Therefore, please be assured that if your cats are shy and anxious, I will take extra care and coutious for them.

I wish to provide the best caring services for your furry babies, allowing you travel comfortably with ease knowing that your pets are being taken good care of at your own sweet home.
I provide services including cat feeding, cleaning, playing. Usually stay up to one hour. Disposable gloves for hands will be wore during visits if needed. Flexible visiting hours are provided and video recording or calls are welcomed to let you know your pets are in good condition. Additional services including watering plants, receiving mails or deliveries are also welcomed. Each pet has its own personality and habits, please let me know in advance to provide the best services to them. However, only vaccinated cats are accepted. Sick cats are welcomed but please let me know about the medication services required in advance. I highly respect the privacy and security of owners. The health, safety and well-being of your pets are my first priority.

Hello! I'm a dedicated cat sitter specialising in cat home visits.
I have over 14 years of personal experience raising my own cat, so I truly understand cats’ routines, behaviours, and emotional needs. I’m very patient with shy, nervous, or independent cats and always allow them to approach me in their own time.
My home visits include feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter trays, gentle playtime (if your cat is in the mood), and making sure your home is left safe and secure. I carefully follow all instructions provided by owners, as I know consistency is very important for cats.
I also provide photo and message updates during each visit, so you can relax knowing your cat is happy and well cared for in their familiar environment.
Your cat’s comfort, safety, and wellbeing will always be my top priority, and I care for every cat as if they were my own.

I am a reliable and caring pet sitter offering dog walking and home visit services. I have experience caring for dogs and fish, and I am confident in handling pets with different personalities, whether they are playful, shy, or more anxious. I always take the time to understand each pet’s needs and adjust my care accordingly to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.
For dog walking, I usually provide walks based on the pet’s energy level and owner’s preference, focusing on exercise, bathroom breaks, and mental stimulation. I enjoy engaging pets with gentle play, basic training reinforcement, and companionship during visits. For home visits, I can help with feeding, refreshing water, cleaning up, and spending quality time with your pet so they do not feel lonely.
I always keep owners updated with clear messages and photos so they know their pets are happy and well. In case of any unexpected situation, I remain calm and will contact the owner immediately while prioritising the pet’s safety and wellbeing.
