From the moment I met him, it was evident that he had a genuine love and understanding for cats, making me feel at ease about leaving my furry friends in his capable hands.
His professionalism and reliability were outstanding. He was punctual for our initial meeting and took the time to ask detailed questions about my cat's routine, preferences, and any special needs.
Throughout my time away, he maintained excellent communication, providing regular updates and even sending adorable videos of my cats. This put my mind at ease but also allowed me to enjoy my trip without worrying about their well-being.
Not only did my cat receive exceptional care, but my home was also left in pristine condition. He ensured that everything was tidy, including cleaning the litter box regularly.
I cannot recommend Alberto enough. His professionalism, reliability, and genuine love for animals make him an outstanding choice for anyone in need of a trustworthy and caring cat sitter. I am grateful to have found him and will undoubtedly be reaching out to him for future pet-sitting needs."

"They are one of the best pet sitters I’ve had the chance to meet. Daily reports on my cats, along with pictures. They show up when expected or they’ll send a text when late. Kept my place clean and looked for my cats when they couldn’t find them. They were very accommodating in terms of time and very affordable given the quality of services. "

"Lottie was absolutely fantastic looking after our diabetic cat, Cuba. She was so caring and he felt comfortable with her immediately, she spent time getting to know him, playing with him and giving him attention. She was great at providing updates on how he was doing, and she made our holiday so much more relaxing knowing he was well looked after. "

"Tatiana is just magic! Wanted to introduce our new puppy to potential dog sitters for doggy daycare soon. Had a great Meet and Greet with Tatiana then booked a home visit. "After spending the last 2 years constantly at home with my 2 cats I was very nervous to leave them alone for more than two weeks. I already used a cat sitting service but I wasn't entirely happy with them, so I looked on Pawshake and chose Christina after reading many profiles. I 100% made the right decision!! I couldn't have asked for a better person to look after them. When she came to visit I could tell that my cats instantly liked her (and my girl is very nervous) The updates she sent each day were amazing; videos, pictures and messages. After a couple of days away I felt completely relaxed and safe in the knowledge that they were being taken care of. I came home to two relaxed and happy cats, and an immaculately clean house. Christina followed all instructions and more importantly than anything I felt she loved my cats. I have never experienced that before so I am so grateful to have found her .. and happy that I can go on holiday more now! Ha! If you're in two minds who to pick .. don't hesitate to pick Christina!"

"Akshay was incredible in taking care of my two kitties. He is very knowledgeable on cats and their behaviour and exhibits genuine care for their well being. He gave me pointers on feedings and their diet to maximize their health and well being. I received daily wonderful pics and videos of them while I was away. "Stuart took care of my cat Bella twice a day while I was on holiday and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a very experienced pet-carer and it showed from his immediate understanding of Bella’s care needs to his excellent communication skills. Stu messaged me with a time estimate for arrival prior to each visit, gave feedback on each visit along with photos of Bella and left everything in good order. He even went that bit further by picking up the post and sending photos of it. Stu will be my go-to pet carer in future. Thank you Stu!"

"Hannah took care of our cat for over two weeks while we were on holiday. She is a very nice person and was great with our cat! She took great care of him and shared (amazing) photos and videos upon every visit. It is clear she loves animals and has experience with them. Communication was also great. Natali was warm, caring, and incredibly loving, truly going above and beyond caring for my cat while away. Her genuine passion for pets is evident in the way she treats them as her own, prioritising both the owners and their beloved animals.
Upon returning after four days, I found Sophie so happy and content, it was as if I had never left. Natali showered her with love and attention, ensuring she felt secure and cherished in my absence. The daily updates, complete with pictures and videos, were a wonderful touch that put my mind at ease, knowing Sophie was in such capable and caring hands.
