"Karen was absolutely wonderful looking after my cat Milo! 🐾 She was always quick to respond, very kind and reliable, and followed all the instructions I gave her perfectly. She spent extra time with Milo, making sure he felt happy and cared for, and kept me updated with lots of lovely pictures and messages that gave me real peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that Milo was very comfortable with her. I couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter – I would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, thoughtful, and genuinely caring!"

"So grateful to find and have Clare look after our 3 cats the past 10 days. She was so friendly, communicative and kind throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, Teddy tends to wander off and Clare spent extra time to call him and ensure that he ate and had cuddles. Lots of photos to keep us updated, you can tell she genuinely cares for your pets and treats them as her own in your absence, will 100% book Clare again and recommend her to anyone! "

"Sophie looked after our two cats for us while we were away and did a wonderful job making sure they had everything they needed. She was very well organised when we met to discuss the pet-sitting, taking care to understand everything that needed to be done and their specific dietary requirements etc. She’s also a great communicator and ensured we received detailed updates and photos while we were travelling.
It’s great to know that we don’t need to worry about our cats when they have Sophie to take care of them.

"This was the first time I used Pooja for cat sitter during Dec break. She was excellent. Pooja visited us and our cat and asked right question about our cat. Since my cat was a bit fussy on wet food, she guided what might be useful to try out for her.
Due to family emergency I got in touch with Pooja again in mid Jan. And she was ever so helpful. I will go back to Pooja in future for cat sitter and I can recommend her."

"Amy was amazing with our cat Cleo. Cleo is very wary around strangers but Amy was very gentle and patient and managed to completely win her over.
As a recently qualified vet there isn’t anyone we would trust more than Amy to look after Cleo.
Amy gave detailed reports and pictures so we knew exactly what was going on. Amy is a very clear and professional commentator giving complete peace of mind whilst we were away.
I will definitely be booking Amy again and recommend her for all pets.

"Josephine took excellent care of our cat Rocky - she was meticulous in making sure she had all the information for him before starting (including things we hadn’t thought of!), is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in looking after cats, and sent regular updates while we were away. "Tom was the best decision we made to look after our elderly cat. He went above and beyond what we expected, spending time with our cat and giving her a daily brush…and not only that he spotted and dealt with a plumbing issue whilst we were away. He communicated exceptionally well with us and we felt totally comfortable trusting him with our pet and our home.

"We got our kitten Marriott last July, and due to CoVid this was the first time we had needed to get a cat sitter whilst we went on holiday. We had planned on using a cattery but we left it too late and they were all booked up. We discovered Pawshake and came across Emma and we are glad we did. Emma met us before we went away and she was able to stroke Marriott which gave us comfort. Throughout our trip Emma kindly sent us photos and updates allowing us to enjoy our holiday. Emma even offered to get us some fridge supplies before we returned. We are glad we used a cat sitter as it allowed our cat to stay in its normal surroundings. We have no hesitation in recommending Emma and will use her on our next holiday.
