Many cat owners will understand that cats can be fussy and prefer their own home environment rather than an unfamiliar place like a cattery or cat hotel. Although some cats can adapt to cat boarding if they have to, most cats become stressed when transported somewhere new.

This is where a friendly Wallasey Pawshake cat feeder or carer can help. Our Wallasey cat sitting expert can come and visit your cat while you are away on holiday or at work. A cat sitter can even stay overnight if required, which is far less stressful than sending your feline friend to a cattery for cat boarding. Whether you just need a sitter for a couple of hours or someone to visit each day for a week, our Wallasey cat sitters can tailor their service to suit you and please even the fussiest kitty.

Although most cats are independent, having a cat carer visit has a lot of benefits. Your chosen Pawshake cat sitter can feed, freshen up the water bowl, tidy the litter tray, and spend quality time with your cat. And unlike a cattery or cat hotel, your cat can chill out in their own familiar space.

Finally, every booking with Pawshake is with a verified carer and includes the Pawshake Guarantee and veterinary coverage, so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your feline companion!

As an experienced dog walker and sitter, I specialize in caring for medium to large breeds. Whether your furry friend needs energetic walks, playtime, or attentive sitting, I’m here to provide a safe and engaging environment tailored to their needs. I’m well-versed in handling various temperaments and activity levels, ensuring your dog receives the exercise and attention they deserve. From daily strolls to overnight care, I prioritize your pet's happiness and well-being. Trust me to keep your dog active and loved while you're away! I sadly however on most occasions can not board at my property overnight. I do have a main job but happy to be flexible around yourself's and your dog! so please just message me what you need and I will see what I can do to help you! I will only walk your dog unless you specifically ask for them to be walked with another dog so I can give all my time to your pet!

Are you looking for someone to take out your fur baby for a walk? Or stop in to feed and check on how they are doing? Send you updates and pictures? Walks would be for at least an hour around a big park, beach or large field. I'm happy to administer any medication if required. I have done this many times in the past and have a few tricks on how to get them to take their tablets.
I've always had pets but right now I don't and miss the company. I've had dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters. I've even had some experience with owls and snakes. In the past I have helped out at shelters such as Freshfields and Dogs Trust. Due to this I've had lots of experience with many different breeds big and small. I've even dealt with dogs that have loss of hearing and special needs. When it comes to pet sitting please bare in mind I have 3 children, 10, 8 and 1. They are my main priority, so please ensure that your pet likes children.
I'm happy to help with any ongoing training too after some discussion on what you'd like focused on.
I'm trustworthy and reliable and always on time.

️ About Me
I’m an animal lover with over 15 years of hands‑on experience caring for my three family dogs. Their companionship shaped the way I care for every pet I meet — with patience, kindness, and genuine affection. I enjoy spending time with dogs as they play with their favourite toys, and I provide relaxed park walks and gentle waterfront strolls. With calm, attentive companionship, I give each dog the space to explore at their own pace and enjoy a peaceful, happy day out.
Flexible & Reliable
Working from home allows me to offer a flexible schedule and dedicated, personalised care. Whether your pet needs daytime companionship, walks, or drop‑in visits, I adapt to their routine to ensure they feel comfortable, secure, and well looked after.
Most dog walks last around 30–45 minutes, but I’m always glad to stay out longer for dogs who love extra exploring. I follow your dog’s natural rhythm, whether they enjoy a quick, enthusiastic walk or a calm, easy stroll.During check-in visits, I’ll take care of feeding, water refills, and of course, lots of loving playtime. I understand how much owners care, and I want you to feel completely at ease while your little one is in my care.
Pets Are Family
I truly believe pets are part of the family. When you’re busy or away, I care for them with the same responsibility and warmth you would. I’m patient, friendly, and committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and reassuring environment for every pet in my care. Your pets would love having me as their buddy, and I’d love being theirs just as much!
Updates & Peace of Mind
Every pet I look after is treated with the same care and respect I give my own, and I’m committed to maintaining high standards in every part of my service. I’m always happy to provide regular photo updates so you can see how your little one is doing. You’ll have complete peace of mind knowing they’re relaxed, happy, and in trustworthy hands.

Hi!
I’m a genuine animal lover and passionate animal welfare advocate, and I’d love the opportunity to care for your pets as if they were my own.
I currently live with two cats, so I’m very familiar with the companionship, personality and individual needs that come with caring for animals. I've also grown up around dogs, specifically Cocker Spaniels and Springer Spaniels, so dogs have been a big part of my life from an early age.
I’m also an animal rights activist and work self-employed for an animal welfare charity, which reflects how important animals are to me both personally and professionally. My work has given me plenty of experience around animals and strengthened my understanding of the importance of patience, kindness and responsible care.
I understand that every animal is different. Some are energetic and playful, while others are nervous, independent or simply want some company and reassurance. I’ll always take the time to understand your pet’s individual personality and routine, and I’ll follow your instructions carefully.
Whether your pet needs a walk, some playtime, feeding, companionship or simply someone trustworthy to check in on them, I’ll provide reliable, attentive and compassionate care.
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always be my priority, and I’ll treat them with the same care and respect I would want for my own animals. ️

As a dog owner myself i understand how important it is to look after your pets and make sure they are both happy and healthy. Going on walks, giving them attention and plenty of hugs is something I promise to provide!
My dog Maggie has been a member of my family for nearly 5 years. Maggie was a rescue dog which meant the care I gave was even more important. I have experience in dog grooming, looking after puppies and elderly dogs as well as dog training.
walks- Every dog should enjoy their walk so it's important that they are given enough time outs to enjoy smelling nature, walking in new places and are exercising. I promsie to make sure your pet does all of this and enjoys their walk and their time with me As well as feeling safe and loved. My dog Maggie goes on about 5 walks a day so I understand the importance of walks and the love dogs have for exploring new areas.
- Minimum walks of 40 minutes
- walks in outdoor spaces like canals, reservoirs and woods.
care for your pet/pets- I always will make sure your pet has my full attention and love as well as feeling safe and happy within my care. I have experience with cat/dog sitting and have owned gerbils, rabbits and a hamster so I'm familiar and confident with smaller rodents.

Being a dog owner for my whole life I have a love and passion for dogs. I love walking and would love a companion to join me whilst helping someone out who may not be able to do that before going off to university in September. I have just finished my A levels so I am free all day. Every day. I will treat your dog like my own. I have a crazy cocker spaniel at home and grew up with collies and labs so have had my fair share of experience and would consider myself trustworthy around your dog.
When I am in University, I am a volunteer dog walker for people who cannot walk their dogs because of medical issues or age.
As for walking I am happy to take your dog for as short or as long of a walk as you please as I say I am free most days all day and will work my life around your needed dog walks

I have nearly a year of hands-on experience working in a busy doggy daycare, caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages and temperaments. This role involved supervising play groups, ensuring dogs were safe and comfortable, feeding routines, cleaning, and providing lots of attention and enrichment throughout the day.
I also hold a Level 3 IMDT qualification in Doggy Daycare and Boarding, giving me professional knowledge in dog behaviour, welfare, safe handling, and group management.
Alongside my professional experience, I have volunteered walking dogs and have grown up around dogs my whole life. I understand how important it is to provide reliable, loving care and treat every dog as if they were my own.
My motivation for pet sitting comes from my genuine love of animals and the happiness they bring. I enjoy building trust with each dog, learning their individual personalities, and making sure they feel relaxed, secure, and well cared for while their owners are away.

I know how important it is for owners to feel confident leaving their pets, so I always aim to provide regular updates, clear communication, and dependable care. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply a calm and comforting environment, I will tailor my care to suit their needs.

For the safety and wellbeing of all pets in my care, I only accept vaccinated dogs into my home. My goal is to create a safe, happy, and stress-free experience for both pets and their owners.
