I have a 2 year animal management college diploma, from here I went into a boarding kennels and cattery which I worked in for just over 3 years, I dealt with all kinds of dogs from all background and a lot of rescue dogs and scared cats. I learnt how to do bookings, emails, compilations. It was my job to feed, clean, walk, medicate, and take charge of the kennels.
