"Mark is a lovely man whom is a great communicator throughout , he is very understanding & was respectful in all areas. He took fabulous care of our two not so affectionate or people friendly cats who are quite feral at times especially around strangers for 4 days twice a day. I would absolutely recommend Mark and re use Mark again ourselves should his calendar be available !! "

"Having not used a cat sitter before we were a bit apprehensive of handing over the keys to our home and letting someone else look after our fur baby a Ragdoll cat. However, after initial preliminary meeting our concerns were quickly put to ease. Jacke had up to date DBS certificates and other security credentials. She came across as mature, responsible and capable. And most importantly our cat Leo took to Jackie on first meeting and felt at ease around her, not usual for him with strangers. Jackie looked after our cat Leo for just over 7 days, averaging two visits per day. With every visit she sent us reports with photos. Kept us informed of everything and cleared after Leo including the occasional furballs and attended to minor issues with our home, security systems, windows/ locks etc. She kept our home clean and tidy and secure. And importantly gave Leo the attention he deserved. Our cat Leo seemed happy and relaxed with her and last few photos showed him cuddling up to her and kissing her.
We would highly recommend her and would have no hesitation using her again. She's trustworthy, reliable, thorough and caring. We could not expect more from a cat sitter.
