Having owned animals all my life, including cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and ducks - I would love to help care for other people's animals when you need a helping hand.  I have been looking after other peoples dogs and cats for over 10 years and can provide many references if required. 
From dog walking, looking after your pets in my home and house visits to yours, I am happy to be flexible to help make your animal's days better if you are away.  We go on a variety of lovely walks around the Esher woods, Hersham Common and along the river in Molesey and Walton to give the dogs lots of stimulation.  I have two children (15 and 17) who absoulely love having cuddles with all our furry visitors.
I am based in Walton-on-Thames and have a fully fenced large garden (see photos) so your animals will have lots of space to run around and be completely safe.  It is a lovely environment for your dogs to have an enjoyable stay. I only take 2 or 3 other dogs at any one time.  
You are most welcome to come and visit before any stays to see the house/garden and meet us.

I have a 2 year animal management college diploma, from here I went into a boarding kennels and cattery which I worked in for just over 3 years, I dealt with all kinds of dogs from all background and a lot of rescue dogs and scared cats. I learnt how to do bookings, emails, compilations. It was my job to feed, clean, walk, medicate, and take charge of the kennels. In this I learnt lots of skills such as different medications but also what to look out for in dogs which could lead to illnesses. I live with my daughter and our miniature schnauzer called Biscuit (8 years old) in a house with a big fully fenced garden. 
I only look after one dog at a time so there's no worries your dog won't like the company of dogs they haven't met before. 
We are all dog lovers and always enjoy looking after family and friend's dogs (small, medium, large). Our dog Biscuit can be a bit anxious to start of with but after initial meeting/sniff she becomes more relaxed and gets used to the company of another dog.
 We are spoiled for choice with beautiful locations perfect for dog walking which we explore every day whether it's a walk to a local dog friendly park, a stroll along the riverside or going wild in one of the amazing national trust surroundings (our favourite Virginia Waters/Great Winsor Park).
 I work term time only so if you are planning to go away on the school holidays I have plenty of time and enthusiasm to look after and enjoy the company of another furry friend. 
 From previous experience I know it can be stressful for the dog being left in an unknown place so we'll make sure your dog is well looked after and happy whilst staying with us it will get a great care and lots of love. We'll provide appropriate level of exercise as well as time to rest in a quiet spaces in the house.

I can provide one or two home visits per day.  I will not only feed your cat, but play with them, clean the litter tray, ensure they have fresh drinking water and that they are not feeling anxious while you are away.
