"Sophie is the most fantastic cat sitter ever! I would give even more stars if it were possible!
She went above and beyond in all aspects. She was wonderfully engaged in the pre meet phase and even kindly came to see us twice and was really careful and understanding about our pet's needs.
She was very easy to communicate with and to work with. This was a special booking as it was at my mother's house and Sophie was wonderfully flexible in working with both of us and extremely proactively!
Her care of Kimchi was simply outstanding, she clearly truly loves animals and genuinely enjoys befriending them. She played with her every visit and she impressively won Kimchi's trust - which can be very difficult! Kimchi came to greet her on a daily basis and looked forward to a new game Sophie introduced with her. Kimchi will miss her visits with Sophie very much and will very much look forward to the next time myself and my mother are unable to look after her so she can be with Sophie again!
I felt totally at ease and genuinely looked forward to my regular text updates which were funny and sweet!
Thank you so much Sophie for the absolute wonderful care you took of Kimchi, it really made my holiday enjoyable knowing how happy my cat was. I couldn't recommend Sophie anymore. I will 100% be contacting her in future for other visits.

"We booked Caitlin for home visits to oversee our pet rabbit whilst away for a week. From the very first meeting, Caitlin was a total star. Super knowledgable about all aspects of care with meticulous attention to detail. During the visits she reported back each day and we felt 100% assured our rabbit was in the very best of hands. Caitlin went over and above our xpectations, even giving me expert advice on how to bond our rabbit with a second later this month. "Once again Eliott did a great job looking after our two cats whilst we were away. The daily update and photos that he sent to us were very welcomed. "I am so grateful to have found someone I can trust to look after my two cats when I am away. Kathy is not only diligent in her care but also kept me up to date with when she was visiting, how my cats were eating and behaving and interacted with them so they had some play time. "Sandy took great care of our two cats during our two week holiday. Prior to cat-sitting, Sandy took time to meet and find out about the cats and their routines, which filled us with confidence. It was lovely to receive updates and photos while we were away. On our return, it was clear that the cats had been well looked after and their litter tray and feeding area had been cleaned regularly. Sandy was trustworthy, friendly and clearly loves animals. We would definitely use her again. "

"Pheobe recently looked after our cat whilst we were away for a weekend. She has great communication and was really flexible to fit around what we needed on each day. She is warm and friendly and my (very spoilt) cat immediately liked her. I received picture updates whilst we were gone which is a nice touch and our cat was very happy and relaxed as well as well groomed when we arrived home. I hadn’t used a pet sitter before and will definitely come back to Pheobe in the future."

"Melani is the best ! It was super easy to plan a meet & great, we had a really nice chat that made us fully confident to leave our furry friends to her during our 17 days holidays. Our cat came to cuddle her on first meeting and when she car later to pick the keys, which is not usual for him. She gave us news on each visit and we came back to a happy rabbit and cat with clean litter box and a clean floor (our cat tends to be messy with his litter). I’m really happy with the care she provided and hope she’ll be available for our holidays in the summer. "

"Sophie looked after our two cats for us while we were away and did a wonderful job making sure they had everything they needed. She was very well organised when we met to discuss the pet-sitting, taking care to understand everything that needed to be done and their specific dietary requirements etc. She’s also a great communicator and ensured we received detailed updates and photos while we were travelling.
It’s great to know that we don’t need to worry about our cats when they have Sophie to take care of them.
