"We needed an emergency cat sitter due to a death in the family. Having just moved to Stoke we reached out to Pawshake and found Hilary. Hilary came for a visit to meet us and find out about our cats and their needs, she was professional, flexible and obviously cares about animal welfare. Hilary came to our house for the 2 days we were away and cared for our cats sending messages to keep us up to date with how they were. I cant thank Hilary enough, her care made a very difficult situation for us a little bit easier knowing our babies were in such good hands. Thank you. "

"This was the second time that we have used Tom. As before the whole process worked very smoothly and was very easy. tom is very reliable and it was very reassuring to know that he was looking after our cat whilst we were away. We appreciated his daily updates. He also very kindly watered our garden pot plants which others would have been in a sorry state when we returned as it was hot whilst we were away. "

"Csilla is absolutely brilliant. From the start to the end there was fantastic communication. Whilst we were away, Csilla kept in touch and was quick to respond if I asked her a question. She sent photos of our cat which were lovely to recieve. We came home to a very happy and content cat which is so reassuring. Thank you! We will be booking Csilla again."
