"We needed an emergency cat sitter due to a death in the family. Having just moved to Stoke we reached out to Pawshake and found Hilary. Hilary came for a visit to meet us and find out about our cats and their needs, she was professional, flexible and obviously cares about animal welfare. Hilary came to our house for the 2 days we were away and cared for our cats sending messages to keep us up to date with how they were. I cant thank Hilary enough, her care made a very difficult situation for us a little bit easier knowing our babies were in such good hands. Thank you. "

"Csilla is absolutely brilliant. From the start to the end there was fantastic communication. Whilst we were away, Csilla kept in touch and was quick to respond if I asked her a question.
