"I couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of my two cats while I was on vacation! Kevin can be very difficult and cautious with new people, but she was so patient with him that after just a few days, they became friends — which really meant a lot to me.
Shannon always arrived on time as agreed, sent me plenty of photos and updates, and kept me informed about how the cats were doing and if anything was happening around the house. She also kindly took care of my packages, which was an added bonus.
Most importantly, she was absolutely amazing with my cats. I felt completely comfortable knowing they were in such caring and reliable hands while I was away. I would definitely recommend her and would happily have her look after my cats again! ❤️"

We were especially impressed with you alerting us of the extreme hot weather warning and asking us if you should keep him in for the day. Then, un-prompted, dousing him with water on your visits to help keep him cool. The artistic photos were very much appreciated too.

"What a great pet sitter and fabulous person is Joanna!
She was proactive from the start. Established a clear understanding on how to manage the job, sorted out all details with clear and tactful questions.
Joanna is very caring, attentive and read my cat behaviour very well and provided him with attention, fun and affection just like he prefers.
He is now a senior chap and has his way to communicate his needs that Joanna interpreted so well. All the medication, food and water were always administrated perfectly, we all know cats can be at times a bit choosy, so I was very impressed oh how quickly they bonded and he cooperated with Joanna thanks to her intuitive style.
She goes above and beyond.
I would highly recomend Joanna and will book her again knowing my loved pet and my home are safe in her capable hands."

"Very happy with our pet sitting service from Marian. She replied to our enquiry for a pet sitter at very short notice almost immediately. Marian performed all the duties very efficiantly. She was very friendly and trust worthy. She sent us regular updates and photos of our cat while we were away. Well worth the money for the peace of mind. Our cat seemed very happy when we returend. Puttng him in a cattery would have been very upsetting for him as he is an old cat. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend."

"Marilia is a fantastic petsitter! She's very thoughtful, conscientious, friendly and has a lovely way with animals-- our cat (who can be quite nervous of strangers) immediately warmed to her. Arwen was absolutely wonderful looking after my cats while I was away. She was reliable, caring and clearly loves animals. My cats were very comfortable with her, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away.

"I loved having Thais look after Milo whilst I was away. She kept in touch with me, sending photos of him everyday so I could see he was doing well. He needed to wear a collar as he was recovering from an abscess near his cheekbone and Thais was mindful of this. I returned home to Milo knowing he had been well cared for. Thais is a warm, friendly, professional person and I didn’t worry at all about Milo and it was reassuring to receive her texts and photos. Thais noticed a change in Milo’s behaviour on one of her visits and let me know showing how attentive she was to his needs and routines. I would definitely use Thais again and highly recommend her to other cat owners. Milo was in good hands. It is my first time using a cat sitter and I’m so glad I found Thais via Pawshake.
