"Michelle was an absolute star through and through, and we can’t thank her enough for how attentive she was when looking after our four cats. She was always quick to respond, sent us lots of photos, gave up updates on how they were, and was happy to spend time and play with them. She was kind and respectful of our home, and beyond polite.
