She took such good care of my cats and bunnies and left the house spotless - in fact even cleaner than when I left the house! She kept me updated every day too with photos. "Maureen was brilliant. She spent time to get to know our two cats and was so caring towards them. As well as feeding and giving medication she engaged them in playtime and got to know each of their personalities. Maureen was also really helpful in taking in a few deliveries, watering the plants and putting the bin out ! I would definitely recommend Maureen to anyone looking for a caring pet sitter and I would certainly book her again without hesitation. Thank you Maureen ❤️. "

"Our trip was made much more enjoyable and less stressful knowing our cats were well cared for.
Lok was very professional during the meet and greet, making sure to get all the information he needed to properly care for our cats. He provided regular updates while we were away and asked whenever there was anything he needed to clarify. It was really nice to see how well the cats had taken to him in the updates, it was clear they were happy with him around and the fact that Alba was so chatty with him was the ultimate approval!
He also helped us out by taking care of our plants. We have a number of tomato, cucumber and chilli plants in our conservatory, which gets quite hot so they take a lot of care. I know it can be daunting if you're not too familiar with them so we weren't expecting a miracle, but we came back to find everything thriving.
Lok showed us that we made the right choice by reaching out, and we will definitely be in touch again the next time we go away. "

"Jane recently looked after my little troop of 5 hens with a home visit each day I was away to clean them out, feed and water them and generally give them some love and attention.
Jane is professional, personable, knowledgeable and experienced on all pet matters. Nothing appears to phase her, she is calm and organised. I had complete peace of mind that my hens were being very well looked after whilst I was away and so I would not hesitate to recommend Jane to anyone else looking for a pet sitter. "

"Rosa was absolutely brilliant! Rosa even managed to get one cat out of his shell which can take a while! All instructions followed and even cleaned up some sick on the carpet for me, such a good job I don’t even know where it was! "We just had Tak look after our cat Jinx for two weeks while we were away visiting family. We had an excellent experience with him, getting lots of photo updates as he came and fed our cat.
We really appreciated seeing all the photos, especially as our usually very skittish cat warmed to him and accepted treats from him. He checked on her outside if he didn't see her in the house, and pointed out any issues he spotted (e.g. weepy cat eye)
We'd definitely book him again!"

"Chun Yu looked after our two cats for a fortnight, coming in twice a day. He followed all our care directions exactly, updating us regularly via Whatsapp, and the cats were very comfortable with him. Everything was left clean and well-ordered on our return, and he had even done some additional cleaning after the cats upended some plants! Chun Yu is very professional and a pleasure to deal with and we felt very comfortable trusting him with our cats and house keys whilst we were away. We would use his services again without hesitation, and would recommend him warmly."

"Lou was excellent. I'd never used a pet sitter/carer before, so I was anxious, but Lou was great, putting my mind at rest in advance and during the time with our animals. The communication and initial visit gave me a lot of confidence Lou would be able to look after our cat and rabbit while we were away for a week. We received regular updates and photos. That helped. Lou navigated our tricky front and back door scenario as well as the house alarm. Perfect. I will 100% use Lou again. "

"Wow what a lady! She went above and beyond caring for my two cats, one of which a recently diagnosed diabetic cat who required twice daily insulin injections which she has administered without fail!
My cat Rosie is a fussy girl with new people but taken to Deb virtually immediately sensing her lovely nature towards animals.
Meeting Deb was really needed as I am also a carer for my husband so my breaks away are vital for my health, she came along when I really needed help with my cat care as my cats are my world, and Deb is all in all an amazing, lovely lady!
