"I used Pawshake for the first time and was very happy with Sanita as my cat's sitter. it was the first time my 2 cats stayed alone for over a week with one visit per day but on our arrival we found them both happy and just as we left them. "Hannah was amazing with our anxious cat and we couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter. She went above and beyond what we could've asked for and gave us updates every time she was at our place with photos and was very responsive at all times. She took the time to ensure our cat got used to her so she can give him the attention he needed during our holiday and even when he was not best behaved Hannah stayed extra long to make sure he was ok and safe. You can tell Hannah genuinely cares about pets and wants them to be happy during what can be a stressful time and also understands the owners worries when leaving them at home. "

"Jack was great in looking after our bunnies. He was caring, prompt, and excellent at communicating both before his visits and also when providing updates, including daily photographs. Jack is courteous, reliable, and knowledgeable, since he has considerable experience as a veterinary nurse and in keeping his own pets. He was available at short notice and accommodated all of our requests. I would not hesitate to recommend him. I hope to request his services again in the future. "
