"I used Pawshake for the first time and was very happy with Sanita as my cat's sitter. it was the first time my 2 cats stayed alone for over a week with one visit per day but on our arrival we found them both happy and just as we left them. Sanita was sending me videos every day and kept me informed. I am very happy with this service. I would recommend it and might use it again knowing that my cats are ok while I'm away. thank you. "

"We were very nervous leaving our cat for the first time on holiday but Sam helped us feel she was in good hands. Her communication was great, including when our cat flap app suggested the cat had been out for 12hours, sending us photos and updates to put our mind at ease and helping with other little cat related jobs. "Amy looked after my very gentle, but old and deaf, cat whilst I was away recently. My cat is on twice daily medications and Amy listened to my concerns about these and managed them without hesitation. Her communication is excellent and she sent through a photo morning and evening of my cat, along with a report about how she has been. I would have no hesitation in recommending Amy to anyone looking for great care of their animals whilst away. It really makes a difference knowing they will be well cared for. "

"Hannah was amazing with our anxious cat and we couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter. She went above and beyond what we could've asked for and gave us updates every time she was at our place with photos and was very responsive at all times. She took the time to ensure our cat got used to her so she can give him the attention he needed during our holiday and even when he was not best behaved Hannah stayed extra long to make sure he was ok and safe. You can tell Hannah genuinely cares about pets and wants them to be happy during what can be a stressful time and also understands the owners worries when leaving them at home. "

"Kathleen is an amazing cat sitter!
She gave us daily updates, shared report cards and went above and beyond in also letting us know when there was something odd with the house (and driving back to check!)
Our 2 girls really like her and she dedicated quality time in playing with them (while some previous sitters would have just fed them and left)

"Jack was brilliant with our cat Mochi when we went away. He was flexible about the times he could come round, and clearly spent time fussing and playing with Mochi, who was a very happy cat when we got back. Jack's a veterinary nurse and so is very knowledgeable about animal care. He also went to real efforts to put us at ease about his role as a cat sitter, which was really helpful as we were a bit nervous using one for the first time. We'd highly recommend Jack."

"Helen was friendly from our first meeting and I knew I could trust her with my home and cats. For 3 weeks she attended twice daily and sent me loads of photos and videos showing my happy cats. She went over and above with tending to them and my home, dealing with an house alarm issue and one of the cats being an expert hider :) I will certainly book Helen again."
