Once I moved out for college I moved onto a farm that had 4 dogs, 9 cats, 20 cows, and 25 chicken.I grew a passion for animals there. I love taking care of animals and hanging out with them. I am crazy about animals, and I have grown up with many different cats, dogs, hamsters and guinea pigs.I have experience caring for cats, not just my own, but for friends and family members who have trusted me to look after their pets when on holiday. One of the things I always tell about myself, when asked, is that I love animals. I've had dogs at home since I was a kid, and I know how it is to see them as another friend, child or member of your family. You want them to feel as loved as any other person you feel important in your life.
Experience:
I took care of the pets from my childhood neighbourhood while their owners were away. Some of these were older dogs who constantly needed attention and medicines. I moved to the UK a while ago and I live now with two very loving dogs I also take care of, walking and helping to take their medicines.
I'm all about being a friend, taking my time to gain your dog's trust, understanding their needs and how they want or need to be treated. So for me, it will always be a pleasure making a new friend, getting to know your pet. I enjoy long walks and physical activity so I'm sure those will be great activities to help that process.
