"Natalia was professional and caring from start to finish. My partner and I have two cats - - a very shy old boy and young, rambunctious kitten - - and we needed to leave with a cat sitter for the first time (previously we have left with family). We chose Natalia as she has great reviews. She was very available for a meet and greet, showed up promptly, and when showing her around the house, she asked great questions that showed she was a seasoned professional and was really thinking how to take good care of the cats. Every time we were in contact, both before and during our holiday, she was incredibly quick to respond and always so kind and professional. We were crazy paranoid about the cats escaping when she came into the house each day, and she totally understood our fears and had great ideas of how to keep that from happening. It gave us lots of comfort! During our trip, she sent pictures and updates every day as we had requested, and she clearly was making our cats very happy. Even our very shy cat enjoyed cuddles from Natalia, a sign that she is a true, patient animal lover. Our house was as clean as we left it when we returned and our boys clearly very happy with the week they'd had. Natalia was our first cat sitter we have ever used and no doubt she will be our go-to for every holiday going forward! I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable cat sitter with a heart for animals."

"I contacted Rebecca to take care of my cat as I was travelling for two weeks. This was my first time using pet sitting services and I was quite apprehensive leaving my cat alone for the first time for that duration. Needless to say that all my concerns were put to rest after speaking to Rebecca. She was absolutely amazing and kept me update to date every day for two weeks whilst I was away. She went above and beyond what she was supposed to do and had been very prompt in her responses. I would recommend her services without any hesitation and would definitely use her services again.

"Five stars all the way for Amy! We had great communication before, during and after our sitting booking. Amy knew how to gently introduce herself to the cats and gain their trust on her first meeting with them. We received messages,pictures and videos from Amy while we were away and even an unexpected 'gift' in the guise of a dead rat was dealt with swiftly and calmly by Amy. As any true cat-lover knows: "cats gonna cat", so we have to take these offerings as a compliment, which I hope she did! I have no hesitation in recommending Amy to anyone needing a local cat-sitter. We will definitely ask Amy to sit for us again... only hope we don't have to wait another 3 years for our next holiday! Thanks again Amy."

"Pam was fantastic in looking after all our pets and I would recommend her highly! From the moment I met her, and she met our pets, I knew that our 2 cats and 2 rabbits would be looked after well. Pam is quick in her correspondence and punctual for all our meetings which helped with ensuring smooth organisation (helpful when you're focussing on your holiday plans!). She sent us regular updates and photos of our pets, which meant that I could rest assured that they were looked after well, and could enjoy our holiday. She even got our shyest cat to come out and say hello, and that our house rabbits didn't turn the whole place into their hatch (a small miracle as they've always managed to create a huge mess!).
