"Jax looked after my cats super well! I returned home and found that they hadn’t lost any weight, they were super content and happy, with clean toilets and asking for cuddles as usual. She took the time to give them lots of attention, be patient with the shy one in getting him to trust her and eat aswell as making sure their water was topped up. I appreciated that Jax was happy to hear about their individual quirks and was flexible in her approach towards my two very different cats! Would definitely recommend booking her to take care of your pets while you’re away- her communication was great and her messages really put me at ease knowing they were being looked after well. Thank you Jax! X"

"I used Pawshake for the first time and was very happy with Sanita as my cat's sitter. it was the first time my 2 cats stayed alone for over a week with one visit per day but on our arrival we found them both happy and just as we left them. Sanita was sending me videos every day and kept me informed. I am very happy with this service. I would recommend it and might use it again knowing that my cats are ok while I'm away. thank you. "

"Amy looked after my very gentle, but old and deaf, cat whilst I was away recently. My cat is on twice daily medications and Amy listened to my concerns about these and managed them without hesitation. Her communication is excellent and she sent through a photo morning and evening of my cat, along with a report about how she has been. I would have no hesitation in recommending Amy to anyone looking for great care of their animals whilst away. It really makes a difference knowing they will be well cared for. "

"Helen was friendly from our first meeting and I knew I could trust her with my home and cats. For 3 weeks she attended twice daily and sent me loads of photos and videos showing my happy cats.
