"We’re delighted we booked Hannah while we were away as the stress of the cattery had been getting a bit much for our cat in recent trips. We got regular updates and pictures and on return our cat seemed mega happy and healthy. Hannah was super flexible as well when we had to unexpectedly extend our trip which was a massive relief. "Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service from Suzy! I have quite a scared and timid cat and she was able to give me updates and communication on her regularly when I was away without pushing her boundaries. I usually put her into a cattery but was fully booked during the holidays so I went with house visits and I don’t think I’ll ever go back putting her in a cattery. She was much more comfortable being at home and I was definitely reassured more with Suzy than I have been with her in a cattery. I Will 100% be booking with Suzy again and I couldn’t recommend her more! "
