"It is the first time I've left my my beautiful baby cat on his own and was very nervous about getting a sitter in as usually I have had somebody come to stay whilst I've been away but was let down at the last minute. I went online and saw paw shake and found Heather the sitter was near me. I could not bare the thought of sending him to a cattery although I'm sure there are some very fine ones around but for me it was only one option and that was for him to remain in his own home in his own environment where he is comfortable and secure. I contacted Heather and she got back to me within an hour and arranged to come round to visit myself and my baby, I could immediately tell that Heather was an animal lover she got on well with my cat and put my mind at rest. I was away for 8 days and during those eight days I had Heather coming twice today and she sent me numerous photos and updates which were both comprehensive and reassuring and it put my heart at rest. I cannot recommend Heather highly enough she was absolutely brilliant and I would recommend her to anyone that wanted a caring understanding person to look after their beloveds pet. Thank you so much Heather"

"We feel truly lucky to have met Bess. When our previous sitter had to take some time off, we were quite nervous about finding someone new — especially with three cats at home (one adult boy and two lively kittens). But from the very first visit, Bess completely put our minds at ease.
She’s patient, caring, and incredibly reliable. All three cats warmed up to her straight away, which says a lot! She took the time to play with the kittens, keep their feeding routine consistent, and make sure our older boy got the calm attention he needs. The updates and photos she sent were lovely and reassuring — it was clear they were all happy, safe, and well cared for.
Bess has gone above and beyond every time. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and feel so lucky to have found her. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a kind, trustworthy person to care for their pets."

She kindly dealt with our post and even swept and cleaned the floors—something I hadn’t asked for but really appreciated coming home to. "What can we say about Suzy other than she's the best! Suzy made us feel completely at ease having her in our home. From her meet and greet, she was kind, polite and exactly the kind of person we wanted looking after our precious ball of fuzz. Suzy sent us daily updates and regular pictures of our boy looking so happy and loved, there was clearly a connection between them! Suzy was incredibly tidy, cleaning up after our messy eater and washing up his bowls. We have a security camera in the house and checking it one day noticed the door was pulled closed so T couldn't get to his litter tray, she happily went beck and solved the problem for us! 10/10 care we will always use Suzy for a cat sitting from now on, she truly is the best "

"Laura is a wonderful pet sitter. She has looked after my 2 cats on 2 occasions now. Each time she's managed to bring round the more shy cat of the 2. It was very hot this last weekend and Laura covered the windows, put on fans exactly as I asked to give them the best environment for comfort. She let the cats out into the cat enclosed garden for half an hour each time she was here, and also watered some plants for me. Highly recommended. 🙂"
