"Aline visited our dog twice and sent us an update and photo on the first occasion, which was reassuring. We were impressed at the 'meet and greet' by her sensible approach and could tell she was familiar with looking after animals. Aline fed and walked the dog as promised. "Lee looked after our 2 year old cat for several days when we had to travel at short notice. It’s always a bit nerve wracking leaving your pet and home in the hands of someone you’ve just met, but Lee was fantastic. Was very professional and communication was great, with a proper introduction before we left making sure of any intricacies or specifics we wanted to daily updates and videos on how our cat was doing. We came home to a very happy cat and I would recommend Lee without reservation, thanks again!"

"We felt confident about leaving Molly and Rosie, our two elderly cats, in Karen's care whilst we were away - super important to us as Molly's on meds for a heart condition meaning we don't get away together often. Karen was competent, kindly and brilliant, making sure Molly got her doses and giving us daily updates on her visits. Result? We had a relaxing break and found the girls all fine and chilled when we got back - thanks Karen! "
