"Gabriella is the best cat sitter we have ever had. I have a very shy kitty who hides from strangers and won't come out of her hiding place around unfamiliar people, even to eat. Gabriella made her feel comfortable and soon had my kitty in her arms.
I also received last minute medical advice for my other kitty, who was prescribed two kinds of eye drops just days before we flew. Gabriella took care of that and gave him his medication during her visits.
Both cats looked happy and well looked after when we returned home. The house was spotless, and we received a good range of photos every day during our time abroad. Gabriella was very good at communicating with the cats and with me and adapting to new situations. I would be happy to hire her again and definitely recommend her as a cat sitter to others."

"Booked Liza to feed my cat Lulu a couple of times, I was nervous about finding someone because Lulu can be a bit temperamental but Liza experience showed she made Lulu feel comfortable and made me feel at ease with updates and photos booked again, Thank you."

"This was the first time we used Bex, for my two cats, both have there own little special needs and one requires medication! So initially I was very nervous over leaving them! Bex immediately put my nerves at bay, she was very friendly, communicated the whole time we was away, sent lovely photos and videos, and took amazing care of my two babies! Even making sure my house was secure whilst I was away!! I couldn’t thank her enough and now I wouldn’t look anywhere else when my cats need minding!! Best cat sitter EVER xx"

"Nia has been amazing.
My cats really took to Nia when we first met, and seemed very happy during Nia's visits too. When I got home there were two very happy and relaxed kitties, and I could tell immediately they have been looked after really well.
Nia kept me up to date not only via messages but via the report cards, which I thought were great! Made my trip more relaxing, she was always very responsive, helpful and kind. (I have one cat who struggles with our cat flap so Nia was really understanding and helpful about times to visit.)
I am extremely happy and so pleased Nia is taking care of my two cats again soon! Honestly makes leaving them easier, and relaxing for all.

"I am new to the pawshake service, and was a bit nervous as a result. My cat Shelly is also nervous around new people, and tends to hide a lot. Liana managed to get her to engage quite easily, and this gave me peace of mind for my holiday. Shelly has never been on her own for a long time before.
I was more than happy with the reports being sent daily, and its clear that Shelly was well cared for by Liana, they got on well clearly. It gave me peace of mind and I cannot reccommend Liana enough- I dont tend to give full marks on reviews but in this case it is very well earned. "

"Jasmine was an absolutely fantastic cat sitter, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. From the very beginning, her communication was excellent—she kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.
She is incredibly conscientious and genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. When we returned home, Merlin was happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. The house was spotless, and everything had been looked after with great attention to detail.
Jasmine also went above and beyond when we had an unexpected issue with our front door. As we were abroad, she was flexible and kindly stayed to meet the locksmith, helping us resolve the problem without any stress.

"I've used pawshake for the first time to find a sitter for my cat Leo while I'm away, Jade was lovely and came to visit and meet Leo prior my holiday, although he was hiding under the couch I felt stress free as Jade was looking after him, updated me with messages and pictures after each visit. "Alexandra looked after my 2 house cats for a week whilst we were on holiday. She was fantastic even getting my very timid cat to play. She came at the same time each day and gave us really good updates so we could see the cats were ok which made our holiday so much more relaxing.
