"It was my first time trying a pet sitter. We have three cats over 12 years old who are shy and scared to meet a stranger. I have booked Andrew for a day home visit. One of my cats, the most shy and nervous one, loves to play with him without hesitation during his visit. Andrew is responsible and reliable in taking care of my cats. He helps us clean the litter thoroughly and even sends photos and video clips for updates. We'll undoubtedly book his service again. "

"Nia has been amazing.
My cats really took to Nia when we first met, and seemed very happy during Nia's visits too. When I got home there were two very happy and relaxed kitties, and I could tell immediately they have been looked after really well.
Nia kept me up to date not only via messages but via the report cards, which I thought were great! Made my trip more relaxing, she was always very responsive, helpful and kind. (I have one cat who struggles with our cat flap so Nia was really understanding and helpful about times to visit.)
I am extremely happy and so pleased Nia is taking care of my two cats again soon! Honestly makes leaving them easier, and relaxing for all.

"This was the first time we used Bex, for my two cats, both have there own little special needs and one requires medication! So initially I was very nervous over leaving them! Bex immediately put my nerves at bay, she was very friendly, communicated the whole time we was away, sent lovely photos and videos, and took amazing care of my two babies! Even making sure my house was secure whilst I was away!! I couldn’t thank her enough and now I wouldn’t look anywhere else when my cats need minding!! Best cat sitter EVER xx"

"I was abit nervous doing this as this was our first time using dog sitters.
Tom and his wife done 2 drop in visits a day whilst we was away on holiday, We have 2 sharpeis one who is about nervous of new people took to them straight away on the intoduction she absolutely loves them, my boy is all over them like a rash we had daily updates and pictures of them I highly recommend them I have told all my family and friends we have booked again for when we next go away!!"

"I love how Paola pays attention to detail. She wanted to make sure that she knew my little Nel: from her treats and her routine down to the way she likes to play ball. I never worried a minute while I was out of town because she had everything under control. It was such a comfort knowing that my little Nel didn’t have to go stay somewhere else, but could stay in her own routine at home. I would HIGHLY recommend Paola and her pet sitting services to ALL my friends. "Rose was fabulous!! I can’t explain how worried we were to leave our furbabies with a sitter (and stranger) for the first time ever. Completely anxious experience for any loving pet owner, particularly because we have indoor cats who can be very shy. I need not have worried. Rose looked after our babies so well which was evident in the cats behaviour when we returned from our break. We hired Rose to stay for an hour once a day and she sent us lovely updates which were really detailed and some fab pictures of the cats. The moment I got her first update I was instantly relaxed and knew they were in good hands. Would 100% recommend and use Rose again if ever we go away in the future. Thank you! "
