She was very polite , understood everything what was important for me and respected that. Before booking Claudia came to meet Zuza. I felt from the first moment that Zuza would be in a good hands !
I was away for few days and I could relax completely. I could see Claudia is very dedicated and loves animals. My very best proof was Zuza who approached her immediately when Claudia entered the flat. Usually Zuza doesn’t behave like that. She doesn’t trust strangers. I would like to recommend Claudia to everyone who put their animals at first place, who would like to go away for a nice holidays get some rest and enjoy time off with piece of mind , You can be sure that Your animal is with the right human. "Entrusted Lily to make twice daily visits to feed and pet my two fluffy cats. We arranged a meet and greet first for which Lily was promptly on time and very polite. She immediately took to the cats, introducing herself and petting them. My cats were very happy and relaxed on my return. I’ll definitely look to make use of Lily’s services again."

"Simona took care of our elderly dog Tango for 2 days and took him for 3 walks. She was confident and comfortable handling my big dog and they both bonded well quickly. I liked that Simona asked detailed questions, took notes, and followed everything we asked of her. She took care of Tango very well and kept us updated after every walk. I would be glad to ask her again the next time we need someone to help with our dog. "

Our intro meeting was very good and she came prepared to understand their routine and how she could help. She sent us updates daily with lovely photos of them having a great time together. "Matt is a lovely guy, and took the time over Christmas to look after our chickens. He was communicative, punctual and reliable. "5 out of 5 pussy cats prefer Ingrid & Tonia when their humans are away.
All the cats had a lovely time with Ingrid & Tonia while we were away. They spent generous amounts of time with the cats and lots of fuss and cuddles were had all round.
We really appreciated the piccies and messages letting us know how everyone was doing.
It is also the little things, like noticing some food in the fridge was close to its date and popping it in the freezer.
They were also flexible with our slightly changeable schedule!
Really happy with our first booking and look forward to having them look after them all again soon."

"Farhana was simply exceptional.
Myself and my girlfriend went away for 3 days and booked Farhana for some home visits to look after our cat and rabbits, the quality of care she gave to our pets was exceptional and we received lots of updates daily with photos and videos of all our pets. She even took the time to play with our cat Nancy so she had some proper human interaction whilst we were gone. When we returned home Farhana had very kindly left us a thank you card and a bottle of wine.
Yes Farhana was the most expensive option in our particular area however you get what you pay for and would not hesitate to use her again or recommend to anyone else she was faultless."
