"We don’t have the words to describe how wonderful Francesca (and Ester) have been whilst looking after our little fluff Beans. From start to finish, Beans’s wellbeing and happiness was maintained beautifully. It was our first time not using a cattery. Beans gets so anxious and nervous in the cattery that we decided to try a sitter and we are overwhelmed at the difference in both her and us! Francesca made everything so much calmer and reassured us from start, throughout both visits and took the time to really ensure that Beans had all she needed and was okay. Bless you for even bringing in a parcel! You’re both absolute treasures and stars and we cannot thank you enough. 100 million percent would recommend Francesca and will not hesitate to book again. Our Beans was lucky to have you both take such good care with her. Thank you so much ☺️ "

"Nick was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Really good communication and from the moment we met during the free ‘meet and greet’ I felt at ease with him. I was quite nervous about leaving my 6 month old puppy for the day, but knowing Nick was going in to check on her and my other dog helped me relax. He was absolutely lovely with both dogs; they really took a liking to him as well! I would highly recommend him and I’ll definitely be booking him again. Thanks Nick! "

"Francesca was a lovely sitter for my 9-week old kitten and she put me at ease right from our first meet and greet. I had no worries leaving Bailey in her care over the weekend and came home each evening to a happy cat. "I have never left Pasha with anyone except for family, so I was a little aphrehensive about leaving her, but after meeting with Kayle I knew she was in safe hands. Pasha is an old lady with some extra needs and Kayle was amazing with her, she sent me regular updates and when I got home Pasha was happy and settled. Thank you so much Kayle, You clearly love what you do and do it with love and kindness. I would highly recommend Kayle and pawshake, which is easy to navigate and a fast way to find a sitter.
