"I recently was away for a business trip, and booked Sue to take care of my cat. Shortly after contacting Sue, she came to the house to meet with my cat (and me) and go through her routine. From meeting Sue, it was clear she really cares about animals and I was confident my cat would be left in safe hands. While I was away, Sue contacted me every day with photos and an update on how my cat was getting on. She even put the bins out for me oh bin day - something I hadn’t asked her to do, but greatly appreciated.
When I returned home, my cat has her normal happy self, her litter box was clean and it was clear her food and water had been changed regularly - something that has not been true in the past when I left her in the care of someone else.
I would not hesitate to book Sue again in future and highly recommend her to others. "

"Absolutely wonderful service and we are so glad we chose Lucy and Cassie to look after very difficult 14 YO old boy and two one year old kittens.
Very professional and animal lovers through and through. Went above and beyond (really, really), administered meds, bought extra food, collected meds from the vets, cleaned bowls and cleared up horrid explosive cat poop! Really appreciated this. They did not seem at all phased, which is great as I was freaking out.
I'd also left humane mouse traps, luckily weren't needed, but L and C said they would manage hunting gifts, which was re-assuring as live mice is a problem in our house with the hunting kittens.
Kept us very well informed, sent pics every day and even bonded with the old grumpy cat, which astounded us! It was a great relief to see they were all okay. I can tell the kittens were spoiled and they seemed un-affected by our absence when we returned.
All the cats were calm did not seem to mind one bit that we had been away for a couple of weeks. Very, very impressed as first time using a pet sitter, will never use a cattery again and and will be booking again for next year. So glad we found them."

"Robyn has been amazing. My cat Rosie is not the easiest when it comes to strangers and has a tendency to be a bit naughty, so I was a little nervous leaving her, however I should not have been concerned as Rosie responded warmly to Robyn from the first meeting. Rosie also requires medication and Robyn dealt with this confidently and easily which also alleviated concerns. Robyn was great at communicating and sending me updates every visit with photos. I felt really reassured and comforted knowing that Rosie was being well looked after whilst I was away. I would highly recommend Robyn and will certainly be using her in the future!"

"Paulina is a fantastic cat sitter and you really should book her if you get the chance.
Our cat can be quite nervous around new people (being a lockdown kitty) but Paulina must have some form of magic power because he absolutely loved her. When we came back he kept checking the door to see where his new best friend had gone!
We got multiple daily updates with pictures and videos that really helped us to feel comfortable with the fact that we were away from him and allowed us to focus on our trip in a way we just haven't been able to when we get friends to cat sit.
She's an incredibly friendly presence to have in your cat's space and really goes the extra mile to ensure your cat's needs are catered to. We will 100% be booking her again and could not recommend her more thoroughly to anyone needing a professional cat sitter for the first time."

"Guy had an immediate rapport with the puppy and all three dogs liked him and he made sure the older dogs got his attention as well as the puppy. He did exactly what we wanted efficiently and often above and beyond with a puppy who is very mischievous. It was easy to communicate with him before we went away and we had daily updates. Would definitely recommend."
