Hi there! My partner and I recently said goodbye to a foster dog (we had for 10+ months), so we're looking to make new 4 legged friends!
Our rescue foster had a fair amount of reactive and aggressive behaviours, but was so much better after 10 months with us. It really made us self-taught canine behaviour and training nerds, much more so than if we'd looked after a calmer dog. We've got lots of love to give now she's no longer living with us.
We sadly can't do overnight boarding at our house for your dog/s as we have 2 cats - but we'd love to look after your dog for the day, or half a day, taking them out and having adventures! We'd wan tto come meet you and your dog first and perhaps take them for a free trial walk, to make sure we're happy looking after them - and that they/you are happy with us looking after them. We're also happy to give oral medication if needed.
We both drive and live near the downs, so they can get as much or as little exercise and freedom as suits them, and that you're happy with. We can also collect and drop off your dog from your place.
We can't wait to meet them! :)
I'm also happy to come over and cat sit - we have 2 ageing kitties at home and I have 12+ years experience, as well as previous cat sitting experience. I am DBS checked too.


Hello!  My name is Linda.  I am owned by two beautiful burmese cats, Yeti and Una. I have owned cats for most of my life and have experience in breeding as I bred burmese for nearly 10 years.&nbsp;&nbsp;
I have grown up with cats and dogs (as well as marine fish, hamsters and guinea pigs) and I would never want to be without them and understand that they are family members that need to be taken care of at all times.  My cats have never been in a cattery and I am fortuntate enough to have some great friends that come and cat sit when I go away.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Although I think of myself as a cat person, I am also a lover of dogs.    I lost my own dog last year and I just dont have it in me at the moment to get another dog however I love being around dogs and I often look after my sister's border collie and take her out for walks on/off lead.  I have experience in training dogs and following modern methods to train them. 
As I recently retired and have more time on my hands, I would like to give others peace of mind that their animals are cared for and loved in the way that I would do with my own, whether its a day out or a longer period of time, I would give your animals all the attention and love you would yourself.

About me&nbsp;I have good experience of petsitting in Brighton- it's the best job in the world! I love going for walks, but going without a dog feels a bit strange.&nbsp;I adore canine company, and understand that dogs respond to calm, confidence and positivity. Your fur baby is safe with me: I’ll talk to them, play with them and always be clued-in to their needs and behaviour.&nbsp;As well as extensive pet care experience, I've done over a year's volunteering with dogs. This includes a shelter environment, where many had behavioural problems and needed special care. I have also been a volunteer at a dog hotel, where I helped to look after (and spoil!) around thirty guests. I am a full-time PE teacher who loves the outdoors. Working in a school means I am lucky to have regular school holidays, and, as a result, I have a lot of time to put to good use. This, combined with being a very active individual, and having a genuine love for dogs, makes dog-sitting the perfect choice for me.
Many friends, including family members, have dogs and so I have quite a lot of experience of taking care of other people's dogs - ranging from a couple of hours, up to a week when owners have gone on holiday. I also have a 3-year-old cocker spaniel who I share with an ex-partner, so I look forward to having a lot of play time with him on certain weekends.&nbsp;
