"This was the first time we ever left our indoor cats without someone staying with them during the day and overnight in six years. I was so worried and nervous about leaving them. One is on daily medication and two have separation anxiety, and they’re all very nervous around strangers so I was worried how they’d cope. We had an awful experience with a pet sitter in the past which also fuelled my worries. Denise was amazing with them. She sent us updates on every visit, with pictures and videos and check-ins on how they were doing. By the second day, all of them had come out to see her, and by the end she’d managed to get them all to have fuss and playtime, even the ones who always hide away came out to have a play and some treats. Not only did she make our cats feel at ease, but she made us feel so much calmer as well. I cannot explain the relief. They were so grumpy with us when we got back, and clearly wanted to see their new friend! Beyond grateful for everything Denise did for us and them And will be booking with her again now that we have someone we feel comfortable leaving them with. Thank you so much Denise! 🌟🌟🌟"

"We had a great experience with our cat sitter. Although the booking was made through Lorna, her husband Sam looked after our cats while we were away, and we couldn't have been happier with the care he provided. Sam really went above and beyond. He sent us regular updates and photos, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Our cats managed to make quite a mess at one point, but Sam patiently cleaned everything up and continued to take excellent care of them without any fuss. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would happily book again. Thank you, Lorna and Sam!"

"This is the first time using a pet service and was a little nervous however Anna was very reassuring, quick to reply and happy to answer all questions. Anna came to do a meet and greet beforehand which was so helpful. She did an amazing job at looking after the guinea pigs and ensuring they were loved whilst we were away. Anna sent messages and pictures whilst we were away which gave further reassurance. Anna was absolutely amazing, thank you so much and will definitely be contacting Anna for future sitting needs. "
