"This was the first time we ever left our indoor cats without someone staying with them during the day and overnight in six years. I was so worried and nervous about leaving them. One is on daily medication and two have separation anxiety, and they’re all very nervous around strangers so I was worried how they’d cope. We had an awful experience with a pet sitter in the past which also fuelled my worries.
Denise was amazing with them. She sent us updates on every visit, with pictures and videos and check-ins on how they were doing. By the second day, all of them had come out to see her, and by the end she’d managed to get them all to have fuss and playtime, even the ones who always hide away came out to have a play and some treats. Not only did she make our cats feel at ease, but she made us feel so much calmer as well. I cannot explain the relief. They were so grumpy with us when we got back, and clearly wanted to see their new friend!
Beyond grateful for everything Denise did for us and them And will be booking with her again now that we have someone we feel comfortable leaving them with. Thank you so much Denise! 🌟🌟🌟"

"I couldn’t have asked for a better petsitter than Margarita. She looked after both my dog and my cat with so much care, attention, and genuine affection. From the very beginning, she was reliable, communicative, and clearly experienced with animals, which gave me real peace of mind.
What truly stood out was how she went the extra mile not only making sure my pets were happy, fed, and comfortable, but also taking the time to check in with me and ensure everything at home was running smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who treats your pets as if they were their own, but Margarita really does.
I came back to two very relaxed and well-cared-for pets, which says everything. I would highly recommend Margarita to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and dedicated petsitter. I will definitely be asking her again in the future!"

"Joung Ha has been incredibly helpful during his two visits with Chucky.
He quickly built a strong bond with our dog during the introductory meeting and then took perfect care of him, following all instructions and guidance to the letter.
We highly recommend his services to any dog owner seeking a reliable and attentive sitter during their absence."

"Hana is brilliant! We received daily comprehensive updates on both our cats supported by pics and videos of playtimes which really put us at ease while away. Hana also ran the vacuum round and put the trash out. Our boys took a shine to her and we would highly recommend her cat sitting services. "
