I love animals, I have a tortoise and a gorgeous golden retriever. I am familiar with small and large breed dogs, will also look after cats and other household pets. I love to walk and explore different places. I'm more than happy to take your pet for Adventures my car is there space too. I'm not worried about mucky paws or dog hair that's the joys of having a fury friend in my eyes. I would rather pet sit in your home has I currently have an elderly relative living in my home, I am available at short notice and for short or long periods. I can also bring my golden retriever along if your dog needs a play friend, but he can also stay home he has lots of company around him. I'm confident with feeding schedules and medications. I can't wait to meet your amazing pets &amp; make life long fury friends.
Please note there is an additional charge for more than one pet for pet sitting as Pawshake only account for one.

Growing up my father instilled the love of animals in me and so I was allowed to have them and care for them in my room. From frogs, chickens, ducks and hamsters to rabbits, cats, dogs, and lambs. I love them all. Because the space we had wasn't too big I had to offer them a better life at the countryside once the farm animals were adults but cared for my cats and dogs until they passed the rainbow bridge. Moving away from my childhood I always had at least 2 dogs which I personally trained although I have no degrees for it, it's just a passion I research with every opportunity I get. I am the designated carer for my friend's and neighbours pets when they are away and I take my own 2 dogs to the park daily and tend to their grooming myself.I do work full-time Monday to Friday however I only go into the office 1 day a week which allows me to be flexible about the days I can care for more than my own dogs. All my weekends are available with some advance notice and I am open and willing to certain activities if your pet needs them.My dogs are allowed everywhere in my house and they sleep with us in bed or on the living room sofa, it's up to them to decide. I apply feeding windows for them but can also feed on a strict schedule as my previous older dogs needed medicines at specific times and take them for potty a few times a day and to the park once a day. I am well known among dog lovers.  I have 5 years of experience with various dog breeds.  I have the necessary insurance and have completed pet sitting and dog walker certification.  DBS certificate.  I am very responsible and caring.
I am completely adapted to the daily routines of animals.  I always try to make everyone comfortable.
Everything depends on the wish of the pet owner.  When and how to eat.  What time to go outside?  Also dispensing medication.  House cleaning and other chores are also desired.

I love animals and have had different kinds of animals throughout my life. I regularly care for the pets of my friends and family when they go away on holiday etc. I can feed and walk your pets and provide stimulation and play activities for them.
I'm a teacher so am available through the school holidays to take care of your pets. I will be available most weekends and may be able to accommodate other dates upon request.

I have a current and enhanced DBS check. I am a responsible and reliable adult and your pets will be cared for and kept safe. Throughout their stay your pets will be treated like our own and we are always respectful of any instructions or requirements that are given with regards to your pet. 
I have a fully enclosed and secure garden which is perfect for your pets to have a mooch around. I am able to administer medication and if necessary provide additional support for your pets. I also have experience of high energy dogs. I live close to a wonderful park which is perfect for walking your dog. We have room for a crate so if necessary I could crate your dog.

I've been a huge lover of dogs since a very young age.&nbsp;Once I was into the working world I didn't think twice about what I wanted to do.&nbsp;I've worked in variety of different groomers, helped out in group walks, had experince working in a Kennels. I also successfully ran my own dog boarding business for just under a year back in 2019.In my house, we have a dog named Murphy and a cat named Burrito. They get on super well and they are really chilled so another dog in the home wouldn't be a problem if that's a service you require. My house has great parks and moors within a 2 mile radius. Dogs can practically have the run of the house, and can stretch out on our leather sofas and chill after a good walk.I can offer basic grooming, so if your dog gets filthy I can give them a bath. I can only administer medication as well if this is applicable.I offer:Dog Walking, allowing your dogs to explore areas in and around Wakefield, walks can be be for half an hour to an hour, depending on your dogs needs.&nbsp;Dog Sitting &amp; Dog Boarding means I constantly providing love and care throughout the day, allowing your dogs to play, socialise and, of course, plenty of naps.Included in Puppy Visits and Cat Visits I would fed them if that's needed. We always had pets growing up. Cats, dogs, hamsters, rats, fish, lizards and worm snakes. I also went horse riding, cleaned the stables, volunteered as a farm hand and grew up wanting to care for animals. I actually became a portrait photographer so occasionally photographed them instead with their humans. But loved it all the same.
Im now a TV producer and work freelance. I have lots of free time in between contracts so want to care for animals again in my spare time. As well as looking to help foster for a cat rescue centre. I also want to help pet owners by giving the best possible pet care while they are away or at work. I had a little ragdoll Siamese cross called Vivienne, but sadly at the age of twelve I lost her just before Christmas. I cared for her with IBD, giving her medication and special care. So I have experience with cats who aren't well.&nbsp;

Throughout my life, I have always had dogs and other pets since I was a child. When I was 19 and started attending university, a dear friend gave me a puppy, which I named Brisa. She was an Australian shepherd and, in addition to taking care of her with all the love in the world, I trained her myself. She accompanied me everywhere. Hello! I'm Meredith and I've been dogsitting for about five years. I'm a young professional who does mostly remote work, so I'm flexible with my schedule. I've dog sat for all kinds of dogs - small dogs, big dogs, rescue dogs, puppies, you name it. I love dogs so much that I have recently rescued my own! Due to my own dog having certain fears (scared of strangers) and needs, I'm even more experienced now with nervous and fearful dogs, and I have a lot of knowledge about training them to come out of their shell.
I'm available to look after dogs in my home, or come to your own home. Our home is a spacious terrace house with an open plan floor and a nearby park. I can guarantee any dog in my care will have a wonderful and safe time! They will most likely meet my own dog Casper, who gets on well with other dogs.
In your own home, I take great care to leave it how I found it, and adhere to any needs of your pets (including if you have pets other than dogs - I don't dogsit exclusively :) )
