"We recently moved to Chippenham and I have used the same Pawshake sitters in Bristol for years so I was a little nervous coming to a new town. But I could not have wished for lovier, more caring and genuine animal lovers than Rachael and Benni. I am so so pleased we have found them and I could go on holiday without worrying about my fur babies. They kept in contact, sent pictures and definitely read my pet blurb as even turned the tap on during their visit which my cats love! Highly recommended. "

"Iris came round to met the cats / find out what to do in advance and was clearly a cat lover. We have two very shy cats but she was brilliant with them. She sent us photos and kept us updated. Very happy and will be using again. "

"Brigite looked after our cat for two and a half weeks with home visits while we were away on holiday, and she did a superb job. Very friendly and calm, our cat got along well with her instantly. "Above and beyond. I genuinely cannot express how impressed and grateful I am for the wonderful care Joe & Joanna took looking after my cat.
He had recently undergone surgery and a little health scare so I had some mild anxiety over leaving him but the daily updates and videos and obvious care, love and attention was so reassuring I was able to have peace of mind he was well looked after while I was away.
Jo spent time playing, entertaining and giving lots of attention (to a very! needy cat) and I came back to a very calm and happy cat when usually he is very clingly and attention seeking.
Their service was above and beyond - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

"Joanne had excellent communication before and during our dog sitting visit. Joanne sent videos and pictures of Olga and Hugo to put my mind at ease. My dogs were spoilt with treats and cuddles. It is great to meet someone you can trust to look after your dogs like they are hers, but also trust to be in your home. I would definitely recommend Joanne and will 100% be using her services again.
