"Tracy made us feel completely at ease having recently moved house and never left our cats with an unfamiliar face before. Her initial visit gave us the chance to get to know each other and the cats both took to her so well we really felt we had made the right choice! Tracy let us know how they were while we were away with messages and photos, and we returned to find two happy cats and everything spotless! "Natalie was absolutely brilliant with my cat Betsy and did a wonderful job of looking after her while I was away.
