"Tracy made us feel completely at ease having recently moved house and never left our cats with an unfamiliar face before. Her initial visit gave us the chance to get to know each other and the cats both took to her so well we really felt we had made the right choice! Tracy let us know how they were while we were away with messages and photos, and we returned to find two happy cats and everything spotless! "Greg was brilliant. At the meet and greet, we covered everything. Then when I was away, he looked after my 3 cats so wonderfully, and was so kind to send me regular updates after each visit (with pictures!) so that I could see how the cats were doing.
