"We’ve never had someone we didn’t know looking after our animals before, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect using Pawshake. But our experience was brilliant!
Curtis took notes when we first met to ensure he knew about our two cats (and fish tank!) and their daily routines etc.
He visited twice a day, and sent us an update each time which included photos which we loved. He was trustworthy, reliable, and most importantly, our cats seemed to love him. He paid them lots of attention, and even had some attention from our very anxious ex-feral cat who comes out of hiding for no one.
Curt did all we expected of a cat sitter and more! We will 100% use him next time we go away, thanks Curt! "

"As my first time using a pet sitter I was nervous about leaving my cat with a stranger. However, from the moment we met Serena we knew she was a professional. She is very warm, extremely accommodating to our needs, informative and reassuring not forgetting to mention, Serena is incredible in understanding all pets have different characteristics and personalities, so she approaches them accordingly. "We would recommend Emily and Joe to anyone who needs a cat sitter, we had home visits and came back to 3 very happy cats on our return. Emily and Joe kept us informed with regular updates and pictures. I really hope they are available when we need them next time. Joe came to meet us beforehand and met our cats and noted all the information we felt they needed. Thank you so much for doing a great job Emily and Joe especially getting to know Tyche the way you did."

"Emma has done a fantastic job for me! She came to visit me initially and asked lots of questions to make sure she was taking care of the cats effectively.
While I was away she was sending me regular updates and photos of my cats. The cats seemed to really take to her, and she gave them plenty of cuddles and attention!
Couldn't have asked for any more! Great job Emma, would definitely book again!"

"I honestly cannot thank Leo enough for the exceptional care given to my two kittens while I was away on holiday. From the very first exchange, Leo was warm, calm, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. It was my first time leaving the kittens, and naturally I was a little anxious, but Leo went above and beyond to make sure they were not only safe and well looked after, but also happy and relaxed throughout.
Each day, I received thoughtful updates with lovely photos and little notes that brought so much comfort. It was clear the kittens were enjoying themselves and forming a genuine bond with Leo. Every detail was taken care of—from feeding and playtime to keeping everything clean and calm. I could see how much care and attention Leo brought into the space.
When I returned home, the kittens were content, playful, and settled. Their routines had been followed beautifully, their space was clean and peaceful, and they were clearly in a good place emotionally and physically. It’s not easy to find someone who offers this level of care and connection, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found Leo.
