"Frances was amazing with my nervous german shepherd. This was the first time Ive ever tried a dog sitter and Frances was really nice at our intro. She took lots of photos and provided updates in her check ins and followed the instructions that I gave.

"Our trip was made much more enjoyable and less stressful knowing our cats were well cared for.
Lok was very professional during the meet and greet, making sure to get all the information he needed to properly care for our cats. He provided regular updates while we were away and asked whenever there was anything he needed to clarify. It was really nice to see how well the cats had taken to him in the updates, it was clear they were happy with him around and the fact that Alba was so chatty with him was the ultimate approval!
He also helped us out by taking care of our plants. We have a number of tomato, cucumber and chilli plants in our conservatory, which gets quite hot so they take a lot of care. I know it can be daunting if you're not too familiar with them so we weren't expecting a miracle, but we came back to find everything thriving.
Lok showed us that we made the right choice by reaching out, and we will definitely be in touch again the next time we go away. "

"If you're thinking of booking Julie, don't think about it - just do it! You won't regret it. I've had many pet sitters over the years and Julie has by far been the best. She took such good care of my cats and bunnies and left the house spotless - in fact even cleaner than when I left the house! She kept me updated every day too with photos. I've already rebooked her for additional trips/holidays."

"Chun Yu looked after our two cats for a fortnight, coming in twice a day. He followed all our care directions exactly, updating us regularly via Whatsapp, and the cats were very comfortable with him. Everything was left clean and well-ordered on our return, and he had even done some additional cleaning after the cats upended some plants! Chun Yu is very professional and a pleasure to deal with and we felt very comfortable trusting him with our cats and house keys whilst we were away. We would use his services again without hesitation, and would recommend him warmly."

"Maureen was an absolute star! Not only did she say yes to a last minute booking, she was fantastic with Barry. Barry is a bit of a paricular cat around new people so I was very nervous how it would go(last sitter didn't go well) but he took to Maureen so well and faster than expected upon the initial meet up. She really understood to read him and didn't push him for interaction but let him come to her and that made all the difference. Maureen managed to get him eating and playing, things he normally won't do when I'm not home. I couldn't be happier and hope Maureen will be available whenever I'm next going away so I can do so with the knowledge Barry will be well cared for. Highly recommend Maureen for your pet sitting needs."

"my first time using this service as my cat sitter moved. I liked Nova when I met her and my cat also seemed to like her too. After a week of daily visits he was snuggled up next to her on the sofa! "Lou was excellent. I'd never used a pet sitter/carer before, so I was anxious, but Lou was great, putting my mind at rest in advance and during the time with our animals. The communication and initial visit gave me a lot of confidence Lou would be able to look after our cat and rabbit while we were away for a week. We received regular updates and photos. That helped. Lou navigated our tricky front and back door scenario as well as the house alarm. Perfect. I will 100% use Lou again. "

"I cannot rate this cat sitter high enough. she sent us lots of photos and kept us updated daily. Apollo really warmed to her quickly and it really helped us feel happier about leaving him (previous hols we had 2 cats and this was the first holiday Apollo was an only cat)

"Kori is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She loves all animals and after our initial "meet & greet" we felt confident in leaving our cats in her care in our home. She took the time to get to know our 3 cats and kept us up to date with texts after her visit. Nothing was too much trouble for Kori and we felt at ease whilst away from home knowing that the cats were being very well cared for. "Jane recently looked after my little troop of 5 hens with a home visit each day I was away to clean them out, feed and water them and generally give them some love and attention.
Jane is professional, personable, knowledgeable and experienced on all pet matters. Nothing appears to phase her, she is calm and organised. "Georgie was completely fab, from the initial message to when she was pet sitting.
She communicated frequently when pet sitting and sent lots of photos so we knew our cats were doing okay.
