"Every message, communication, attention to detail was incredible. However the care shown to my fluffy foursome was better than that, just outstanding. Anna was incredible, showing care and love and even having reciprocated love shown by the most timmed(grumpy) of bunnies. "Dawn is fantastic with our elderly cat. She gives us peace of mind when we go away on holiday that Georgie is taken care of. He is now able to stay at home rather then go to a cattery which had become stressful for him. Dawn really cares, is very knowledgeable about pet care, and we can see that in how relaxed Georgie is when we come home. Great job, thanks Dawn. "
