"Jay has been an amazing cat-sitter for my little boy! Jay was very flexible and easy to communicate with, and was always keeping me updated with pictures, messages and appetite/energy reports, giving me a clear idea of my cat’s behaviour and well-being. It was overall clear that Jay was taking very good care of my cat, keeping the cat entertained, fed and well-kept, and therefore, my mind at ease. I came back home to a very happy and well-kept cat, and I can’t thank Jay enough for all the help and care my cat received. I would definitely contact Jay again, should I be in need of a cat-sitter, and I’d absolutely recommend Jay to anyone looking for a sitter!! "

"Mary took care of our cat, Nell, for two weeks whilst we were away on Honeymoon and she was absolutely fantastic! 😺 Mary sent us regular updates about Nell and spent lots of time with her. This was the longest we had left our cat, but Mary gave us such peace of mind that Nell was taken care of! Nell had a great time!
Mary's regular updates were really helpful and she also took fantastic care of our house, including watering our plants and gathering our post. We are so grateful to Mary for spending time with Nell. Nell looked so content in all of the photos and we got back to a very happy cat! Nell has some health challenges so we are always keen to find a good fit of someone to take care of her who will give her the care and attention she needs. Mary was the perfect match! 😻
We look forward to having Mary take care of Nell again, so does Nell! Thank you so much to Mary for everything she has done for Nell 😻"

"This was the first time we've used a pet sitter for our two cats, as we usually ask family or friends to help out, but I'm so glad we did, it was so much easier and stress-free meaning we could enjoy our holiday knowing our cats were ok. Loved the little picture updates every other day, we came home to two very happy kitties! We couldn't recommend Emma highly enough, if you're thinking about a pet sitter. "Anna is a fantastic pet sitter, she cared for my 5 pet birds when I was away.
Anna sent me regular updates and photographs, the birds were well cared for!
The birds loved Anna as a carer.
The birds were well fed and happy!
Anna met me before I went on holiday to run through needs, met the pets etc.

"Fantastic cat sitter! Spent time fussing our two cats and gaining their trust and even giving them lap time whilst we were away. :-) Went above and beyond and collected post and watered plants as well. Friendly and professional and great communication with daily photos too. I'd highly recommend Rachel to anyone in Newport looking for someone to care for their furry friends, and will book her again for any time we're away :-)"

"Katy is lovely. This is my first time using a cat sitter and my cat is a recent rescue and a bit jumpy but he took to her straight away which said a lot to me! She sent photos or videos every visit and updated me daily. I could tell he was happy with her and when I came home he wasn't anxious at all. I hope she's willing because I'll definitely ask her again to look after him. Thank you so much Katy, Hamish misses you! "

"Mike and Ellen were fantastic sitters for our two shy cats whilst we were away getting married! They made sure they updated us once a day with how they were, and made the effort to try and coax them out from under the bed with treats to play. Everything in the house was left just as we left it, and with two happy cats. It's great to find two cat sitters who you can tell really care! Massive thanks to both of you :) "

"Very happy to give the highest possible praise for the wonderful care provided by Jenny. I knew from our meet and greet that I could have every confidence in leaving our 2 cats in very capable hands, and I was not disappointed. "Jimmy was an excellent pet sitter. My cat, Mumbles requires medication twice a day and Jimmy had no problem taking care of him and making sure he had his meds before he was fed. Mumbles is also a somewhat particular cat but he warmed up Jimmy right away! Jimmy kept everything clean and tidy and even checked in with me when he thought my flat was too hot for Mumbles! He is a great sitter and I highly recommend his services, which I will also use again :)"

"Andrea was so great with Ivy! She’s a pretty insecure dog but warmed up to Andrea really quickly. When visiting, I was really pleased that Ivy was given the space to take herself away for a bit and be on her own when she wanted to. This is perfect - Ivy knows that her boundaries are respected and will therefore be less anxious in future. I also got lots of updates and pictures, and Andrea has excellent timekeeping."

"This is the first time in used Pawshake and I am so glad I found her. She is a very good listener. I met her 2 months before we actually had to go but when she came for the actual sitting I was impressed she still remembered wheee I told her everything was. I have one kitten who is very shy and Sarah took me seriously and followed my tips. Now he will come to her without growling. She said in her profile she loves cats and animals and it clearly shows. She loves playing with them. Finally, she also kept ourbhome very tidy and how we left it. Being the first time we used a pet sitter we were a bit worried about what we would return to, but we did not have to worry. Even our Christmas tree that the kittens likevolaying em with was still standing when we get back. Oh and she also sent us videos and pictures of our kittens which we really appreciate. She also only charged 18 pounds per despite it being Christmas. So I know she is pet sitting because she genuinely loves it rather because for money. Thank you so much for keeping Kota and Yuki safe and happy! We will always use her to pet sit now unless she is fully booked. "

We had to go away for a few days and our usual sitter was away. We had never used this service before and were pretty nervous.
Rebecca was amazing, she sent us pictures every day and spent loads of time fussing our little kittens.
