"Exceptional.. Liberty is very loving and caring, goes above beyond. Liberty met my cat Harvey twice once to meet him and the second time to talk through my and Harvey routine and the choice of communications while I was away. Also leaving details of my vet and if any treatments Harvey required Harvey is a bespoke cat. Liberty listened to me and followed his routine.
Harvey took to Liberty straightaway. Being a worried about Harvey being on his own as he lost his sister last year, Liberty came in everyday comforted him and brushed him fed and changed his water a clean bowl of food and biscuits was put on his table twice a day.
I leave the window open and when we had a bad storm and pouring with rain. Liberty communicated and asked if I like to close the window. Liberty also cleaned up my window sil when the rain came in.
Liberty communicated and sent pictures everyday and let me know how Harvey was doing. I did not need to worry as Harvey was a happy chap and loved having Liberty around.
Liberty did everything I asked of her. When I came home Harvey was happy and well looked after.
Liberty washed all Harvey bowls up and took the rubbish out of cat sachets used in the outside bin so not leaving a smell in the kitchen.
I would definitely recommend Liberty as she goes above and beyond very loving professional and provides a high standard of care. Also easy to talk to and listened as I was nervous leaving Harvey on his own without his sister. A fabulously brilliant service and now my cat sitter for life as I now can go away with my partner knowing Harvey in safe hands

"Philippa looked after my 2 cats this summer. It was the first time that I used her cat sitting service and I had the feeling that she really cared for my cats well-being from the start. She asked lots of questions and took notes during our first meeting. When we went away she sent me updates about my boys on the phone and I was also able to check on instagram. One of my cats is very shy and didn’t show himself for almost the whole time we were away. Philippa did not push him to come out but made sure he was ok. On our return two very happy cats and a tidy house (I asked her to vacuum the cat litter on the floor) were waiting for us. I can only recommend her and will be using her in the future. "
