"Madi is an incredible pet sitter! She looked after our 1YO cat Beau whilst we went on holiday. This was the first time we have ever left her with non family members but Madi was superb. Super conscientious, friendly and professional Madi was a pleasure to communicate with ahead of the trip. She asked all the right questions and was responsive and kind throughout. When it came to looking after Beau she was fantastic, so caring and spent a great amount of time playing with her. She sent daily updates which we really appreciated, alongside videos and pics. I could tell Beau was super comfortable with her! I would highly recommend Madi as a pet sitter we are so grateful for how well she cared for Beau and will definitely be booking with her again! "Sarah is a wonderful sitter and a lovely person. It's obvious that she truly loves animals and is dedicated to their welfare. Sarah is a great communicator - always prompt and on point. We really appreciated that she checked in with us after our return to make sure everything was okay.
We were delighted to come home to our cats looking happy and well-cared for, as well as the house looking clean and tidy.
