"Kim has been fantastic from the moment I messaged her to when she popped the keys back through the front door without knocking so as to not wake the baby up! Kim came round for a visit first to see our cat Oreo and to collect the keys. Oreo was fed and given some good play time twice a day everyday while we were away. He was a super happy cat when we returned. Would definitely recommend."

"Jo looked after my 4 cats brilliantly whilst I was on holiday. She is a warm, friendly and engaging person who kept me up to date daily with how my cats were doing. My cats seemed happy and my house was clean and tidy when I came home so she'd obviously cleaned up around the litter tray and kept the feeding area clean of spills, as well as being good with the cats. I really appreciated Jo's help whilst I was away, felt comfortable leaving my cats in her care, and would definitely recommend her to others."

"I recently had the pleasure of using Katie for my beloved pet rabbit, Harry, and I cannot recommend Katie enough. From start to finish, she provided top-notch care and attention for Harry, making me feel confident that he was in good hands while I was away.
Katie took the time to ask me questions about Harry's diet, exercise routine, and daily habits to ensure that she could provide personalised care for him. I appreciated this attention to detail, as it showed me that they truly cared about Harry's well-being.
Throughout my time away, Katie sent me regular updates and photos of Harry, which were a delightful surprise each day. Seeing him happy and content in the care of Katie put my mind at ease and allowed me to fully enjoy my time away without worrying about him.
When I returned home, Harry was in great spirits and seemed to have had a wonderful time with his new friend.

She was very polite , understood everything what was important for me and respected that. Before booking Claudia came to meet Zuza. I felt from the first moment that Zuza would be in a good hands !
I was away for few days and I could relax completely. I could see Claudia is very dedicated and loves animals. My very best proof was Zuza who approached her immediately when Claudia entered the flat. Usually Zuza doesn’t behave like that. She doesn’t trust strangers. "Entrusted Lily to make twice daily visits to feed and pet my two fluffy cats. We arranged a meet and greet first for which Lily was promptly on time and very polite. She immediately took to the cats, introducing herself and petting them. My cats were very happy and relaxed on my return. I’ll definitely look to make use of Lily’s services again."

"Simona took care of our elderly dog Tango for 2 days and took him for 3 walks. She was confident and comfortable handling my big dog and they both bonded well quickly. I liked that Simona asked detailed questions, took notes, and followed everything we asked of her. She took care of Tango very well and kept us updated after every walk. "5 out of 5 pussy cats prefer Ingrid & Tonia when their humans are away.
All the cats had a lovely time with Ingrid & Tonia while we were away. They spent generous amounts of time with the cats and lots of fuss and cuddles were had all round.
We really appreciated the piccies and messages letting us know how everyone was doing.
It is also the little things, like noticing some food in the fridge was close to its date and popping it in the freezer.
They were also flexible with our slightly changeable schedule!
Really happy with our first booking and look forward to having them look after them all again soon."
