"We couldn’t have asked for a better catsitter. Our kitten is usually very timid around new people but Rosa is calm and attentive, and she took to her really well. Rosa’s commication was professional and clear throughout - we loved receiving her little photos and updates, and felt reassured our pet was cared for and in good hands. We’d definitely recommend Rosa for your catsitting needs!"

"Maureen did a fantastic job looking after our cat princess.
It was the first time she had cared for her whilst we were on holiday and right from our first meeting we felt very at ease with her.
She instantly seemed to have a rapport with our rather aloof and skittish little feline!
We had daily updates and piccies of her. Which we really appreciated.
Would definitely highly recommend maureen.
We have used other cat sitters in the past and to be honest they didn't come anywhere to close to the excellent service that Maureen provided for us!

"Would 100% recommend Caroline to take care of your pet. I was a little nervous about leaving my fussy, renal cat who is slightly shy around strangers, but could not have felt more reassured by Caroline who did everything to make him feel comfortable and cared for during her time with him, and provided me with lots of updates and pictures! I could see that he was happy and eating well, which meant I was able to relax on holiday and not have to worry, amazing! Overall, Caroline is a reliable and trustworthy cat sitter who will listen and adapt to your cat’s personality and individual needs. I will definitely be booking again for our next trip, thank you xx "

"Excellent service and communication! Sam was our first time using a catsitter and we were nervous, however she put both us and the cats at ease straightaway and was incredibly professional and caring.
Sam took care of our two cats, Phil and Fern while we were on holiday. Phil is diabetic and so needs two injections a day; Sam performed these perfectly and also managed to win over the notoriously fickle Fern as well which is no mean feat.
Sam clearly loves cats and provided amazing care for them and kept in regular touch with us with photos and texts. She went above and beyond when one of our cats was unwell (not diabetes related!), ensuring they were well taken care of and got to the vet - thankfully all was okay!!
We wouldn't hesitate to use Sam again to care for our two cats and would recommend anyone to use her, particularly if your cat has diabetes.

"It's always hard to leave our cat at home alone during a family holiday, but with Lisa's care and attention, we never had to worry about Minnow. Lisa kept in touch with us every day with adorable photos of Minnow playing and cuddling up. She obviously loves and understands cats, and Minnow bonded with her in no time. Lisa also helped to manage a delivery of cat treats that was late to arrive, so that Minnow didn't have to go without. I would recommend Lisa for cat sitting without hesitation."

"Louise was amazingly kind, caring and thoughtful for the two weeks of visiting our elderly and demanding cat Ruby. She not only spent time hanging out with Ruby and giving her the attention she insists on (until she doesn’t!) but spotted bin day and put our bins in and out. Louise kept us updated and seemed to really care about Ruby’s wellbeing. Ruby was happy and well cared for and contented when we got home. Highly recommend and thank Louise. "

"We just had Tak look after our cat Jinx for two weeks while we were away visiting family. We had an excellent experience with him, getting lots of photo updates as he came and fed our cat.
We really appreciated seeing all the photos, especially as our usually very skittish cat warmed to him and accepted treats from him. He checked on her outside if he didn't see her in the house, and pointed out any issues he spotted (e.g. weepy cat eye)
We'd definitely book him again!"

"Chun Yu looked after our two cats for a fortnight, coming in twice a day. He followed all our care directions exactly, updating us regularly via Whatsapp, and the cats were very comfortable with him. Everything was left clean and well-ordered on our return, and he had even done some additional cleaning after the cats upended some plants! Chun Yu is very professional and a pleasure to deal with and we felt very comfortable trusting him with our cats and house keys whilst we were away. We would use his services again without hesitation, and would recommend him warmly."

"Lou was excellent. I'd never used a pet sitter/carer before, so I was anxious, but Lou was great, putting my mind at rest in advance and during the time with our animals. The communication and initial visit gave me a lot of confidence Lou would be able to look after our cat and rabbit while we were away for a week. We received regular updates and photos. That helped. Lou navigated our tricky front and back door scenario as well as the house alarm. Perfect. I will 100% use Lou again. "
