"Spencer was great in communicating to set up the booking, and was very accommodating in accepting to cover an unexpected extra day at the last minute. Spencer made sure that all of our cat's needs were met while we were away and sent pictures and updates with each visit. Came home to a relaxed and happy cat.

"Lena came round to check in on our little dachshund Jasper while we were out of town for the evening. Jasper takes a long time to warm up to new people, but Lena was very gentle and perceptive in giving him the space he needed.
